Loved everything.

Everything was as discarded and a lot more. The apartment is very well equipped, the view from the apartment is amazing and overall they are very comfortable. The hotel offers you everything, from pool, restaurant, fitness, supermarket. All the staff is very kind and helpful. 5 min from the hotel is a lovely beach also suitable for children.

Absolutely loved our family stay. The hotel met all our expectations and we loved it's location. The fitness facilities are excellent - loved the gym and pool and especially the mountains surrounding the hotel for walking and running. The rooms are so spacious and cater for all your needs and finally the restaurant - the staff were phenomenal! So courteous and friendly - excellent service and food. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Our room was 520 we were woken on several occasions by multiple bin Lorrie’s and also had poor views. We did highlight this but only offered to be moved 2 days before we were due to check out.

Pretty much everything with the accomodation was perfect. Very clean and big rooms with jacuzzi in the bedroom, amazing view, kitchen and two toilets. A bit remote but there is everyday shuttle to Anfi del Mar (15 min ride) at one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and 5 min taxi to Mogan mall with amazing restaurants.

Panorama view from balcony was suberb. Mountains behind of the green golf cource and seaview on the left side. No other buildings nearby. Very awesome to see the sunset of seaside. If you want to go shoping or dinner Mogan mall is only few minutes drive away

Fantastic rooms with great terrace. 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine. Staff are really nice from reception to cleaning and maintenance everyone was really friendly and apparently happy to be at work. For me that’s the mark of a well run business. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Parking charges now apply wasn't made clear before booking. Pool guy got upset that I moved an umbrella away from loungers where people hadn't been for 3 hours and then switched to health and safety

The hotel is only accessible via taxi/car. We struggled to get taxis with car seats at times if we wanted to travel to beach or restaurants (only 1 restaurant in the hotel). There is a handy bus to Anfi Del Mar (resort and beach) but it was departing 9-11am, then returned 4-6pm, so not a regular service.

Beautiful hotel, we travelled with a toddler (2yr old) and the facilities were great, pool/rooms etc. House keeping was excellent. Pool was warm, 25 Deg, would still recommend a wetsuit for little ones if they want to stay in a while. Also worth noting the sun doesn't hit the pool area til 11am/noon, so only really useable after that.

We had a two bedroom apartment, really generous in size, large balcony, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/lounge. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and having a washing machine too was excellent. Communal areas for swimming/sunbathing are great for all the family, small pools/slides for children & decent amount of sunbeds. Restaurant/cafe had a good choice too. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Nothing, everything was perfect. Would definetalely come back.

The location of the hotel is perfect, although it took us some time to find it:) The temperature at all the pools was +25. The rooms were very spacious and with all the equipment needed. The lady cleaned the rooms every day. Everything you need for a perfect relax time. And two Spars were just in front of the hotel.
