The apartment we were in (No 54) has skylights and only one window (overlooking the street) but that was OK. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils such as a properly sharp knife and a sieve, and a few condiments - say salt and pepper and cooking oil - would be good.

A huge, stylish apartment in a great location, 2 minutes' walk from El Charco. The shared solarium with a Jacuzzi is a very relaxing space.

The toilet is partitioned off from the main room by a wall but there is no door.

The location was incredible, right by the old port and a short walk to the city's shops, cafes and beach. Lots of free parking around.

There were building works right next to us which were very noisy and prevented us from using the lovely rooftop facilities as much as we might have. However this was no fault of the owners.

Location was perfect, literally a street away from the nicest part of Arrecife. The room was beautiful and very clean. There isn’t a physical reception, but the staff were more than happy to help with taxis for our return to the airport.

Difficult to find on first arrival but we quickly realized how accessible it was. Located on a steep street, no issue at all if you like walking though.

Hard to fault, but the jacuzzi was not heated, so it was too cold to use in January.

Very characterful property in a quiet location just two minutes walk from the "puddle" marina where there are many excellent restaurants and cafes. The shared solarium was an absolute sun trap and wonderful oasis.

I would say that at night it was a bit noisy. There were noises both from the street and from some motor inside the apartment, but we could rest properly so it was not that bad. I want to also say that the internet was pretty poor.

The apartment was very spacious, illuminated and well decorated. The location was excellent, we could always park near the apartment. We also appreciated very much the fact that they came to clean a bit the apartment everyday. I would recommend it for someone who wants to spend some days in the island.

The apartment was well located a stones throw from el charco and it’s good restaurants. The apartment has no windows but fantastic use of the skylights makes it quite light and airy. Really comfortable seating area and the bed was so comfortable Free toiletries and a hairdryer Nespresso with complimentary pods

Spacious. Just a minutes walk to marina, shops and restaurants. Very responsive hosts to all requests. Comfortable bed. Quiet space. Nice outdoor relaxation area.

We were a bit concerned about the stairs up to the bathroom which could be dangerous. There were many different appliance noises during the night which kept me awake. The aircon was not functioning properly and the TV could have been a bit larger. But overall these points had little impact on our stay which was very enjoyable.

Room was spacious, quirky and very clean with nice decor and furniture. Bathroom was clean and modern and the location was an excellent position for the harbour and restaurants.

Noisy street for classique suite ( other suites like premium etc. are facing a small pedestrian street) with not much naturel light as door/window faces the street so opening it is not an option. No contact with personal except via mail to obtain code to retrieve the key.

Very good location next to el charco san gines with plenty of restaurants/bars. Studio is very well equipped and nicely decorated. There is a solarium with jacuzzi to share with other rooms but you need to get out in street to go there, not direct access from room. Nice for 1 night. For more nights select the suites with direct access.

Shower water went from agreeable temperature to cold very quickly. Was a bit odd.

The Jacuzzi was amazing and solarium as well. Bed was comfortable and the place was very roomy. We liked the decorations and it's in a brilliant spot in the city with everything in walking distance.
