Beautiful apartment, Maria fantastic host, everything you need for a family holiday on hand + plenty to do in San Juan Playa. Tram is also great for easy access up & down the coast

Maria was great since the beginning. She was quite flexible regarding the check-in even though we arrived way earlier than expected. She gave us many recommendations with places to eat and visit that we ended up taking and we loved, it made our stay in Alicante great. The building complex is super clean, the neighborhood as well. There's a lot of restaurants and markets in a 10 min walking radius. The commute to the centre is through a bus that's one block away from the apartment, but personal recommendation is to take a car and discover the towns/cities surrounding Alicante. We are definitely going to book this again once we manage to organize our next holidays in June. Thank you Maria!

We loved everything. Spotless clean and had everything we needed for a 3 week stay. The location is in a residential area with lots of very nice neighbourhood restaurants. Also close to several tram stops which made it easy to get into Alicante and Benidorm. We hope to return in the future.

Lighting could be better in the en-suite bathroom.

Spotless apartment with everything you need & would wish for. Beautiful decorated apartment with sunny balcony, large living & dining space, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower in each and bath in one. Located in a very nice suburb, clean, safe and quiet. Short stroll to restaurants & bars and 10-15min walk to beach. Maria was very kind and extremely helpful.

In general, I'm reluctant to write long reviews for properties I stay in alone or with my family. But this time I want to do an exception because I carry special memories. First of all, Maria as the owner of this beautiful apartment in an exceptional location (one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain, San Juan, is only 800m away) and her hospitality. Second, tidiness, cleanliness, the way the apartment is furnished, household appliances. Everything. Amazing. Thirdly, the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, has a community pool, gym, padel courts and, especially important, a garage. Simply, even if you wanted to, you couldn't find a single fault with this apartment.

Great apartment in well situated neighbourhood. Beach and all shops, restaurants are near bye.

I am not too good in ratings, usually I skip it. But this time I decided to give a rating b/c Maria and the apartment was superior. Exceptionally clean, well equipped, and Maria thinks about all details.

Stunning apartment in a great location near to playa de San Juan and an easy tram journey into Alicante centre. Maria was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and return in the future!

Loved the whole apartment. The cleanest place we’ve ever stayed and everything was catered for. It was a real home from home, comfortable and cosy on an evening and light and bright during the day (although we didn’t stay there during the day times). Loved the decor, amenities (such as cooking facilities/dishwasher/cleaning sprays etc) and even a coffee machine. Although the property had a lovely pool, it was a little too cold to venture into it. The apartment also has Netflix and a super comfy sofa! The house is within a very Spanish speaking residential area but we really enjoyed trying out our very limited Spanish language skills. The supermarket is a 10 minute walk away and a trolley is provided to save carrying the bags. I loved that there were toiletries available (although had brought all of ours as I didn’t remember reading this) and beach towels provided. The towels were provided in plastic bags and were spotlessly clean. We got the bus from the airport and while this was easy enough (C6 and 21) the walk from Costa Blanca bus stop to the apartment was long with a suitcase. We used the tram during our stay too and this was very easy and reliable. We are really pleased that we found this house and will hopefully be back one day soon, thank you to Maria too, who was the perfect host.

Nothing, it was a lovely place to stay. The beach is about a 20 minute walk, with a 5 year old in tow. There are some shops, ice cream shops and restaurants/cafes along the way to break up the walk should you wish.

Great location, beautiful, clean, tidy, well equipped apartment. Maria, the host, is friendly and informative and we’d definitely return.

The only feedback which we’d like to note to the host is that ducks regularly use the pool and some dropping were found round the pool on several occasions. They were cleaned up after a few days but something to note for the future perhaps. Otherwise it was perfect thanks so much.

The apartment is absolutely amazing! It's fresh, it's clean, and it's located in a new and very convenient neighbourhood. Despite the place not being in a city centre, you have everything you need within walking reach: the sea, restaurants, supermarkets, kids playgrounds, parks. The apartment's inner yard is fenced, so when kids are playing there you may not worry about them running into traffic. Maria is a super friendly and helpful host, we received swift and informative answers every time we needed support. Let alone getting a bunch of great recommendations for visiting. The apartment is easily reachable by car, and since it has private parking you will always have a convenient way of travelling to various locations. We visited the place during winter and were very pleased with the whole experience we got. It's 100% recommended to stay in and enjoy Alicante and surroundings!

The one and only downside we noticed was a bit of a small boiler size. With a family of four we often run into a shortage of hot water if everyone wants to take a shower one by one without letting the boiler re-heat more water.

Maria is just the best host! Everything in the apartment is absolutely great, cleanliness, amenities and organization is top notch, facilities are amazing, going from being able to access to play padel to swim in the pool with ease. Beach is is just a very short pleasant walk, surrounded with awesome places to eat. Will definitely come back on a yearly fashion!

A bit far from the beach, but we enjoyed the pool.

Immaculate, very clean and exceptional attention to detail with this lovely apartment which was our home from home on a family holiday wanting to be near the beach. Travelling with a young family we were provided with absolutely everything we needed. There was a lovely clean pool which our girl did not mind the very cold temperature !! The walk to the beach was 10mins and we were able to easily work out the tram system to travel to Alicante which was a 15min ride away. Restaurants cafe and small shops which were en route to the beach were plentiful. The apartment is 8th floor however x2 very prompt lifts to access. Very quiet neighbourhood We hired a car and plentiful free parking.

No negatives however If we really needed to critique, As an English family we found the residential area very spanish which we were able to navigate ok however not a tourist place and few English speaking residents. When we wanted to hire a car we had to travel to Alicante centre to do this.

I liked everything, it was the cleanest apartment that I ever visited and stayed at. the property has all you need and even more. Maria is a super host, very flexible and ready to help you with anything.
