Great stay, we were welcomed by the neighbor who was extremely friendly and helpful. Good communication. The accommodation was as described, comfortable and clean and the kids could enjoy the swimming pool. The location very practical, very close to the beach and shops. Thank you !

Great location. Near to the centre and the beach, but also very peaceful. The apartment was in a very quiet complex with one of the cleanest and most relaxed pools we have experienced. We had fresh coffee on our doorstep from the small cafe at the entrance to the complex and a supermarket a few meters away. Antonio, our host was excellent throughout.

For 6 people the sleeping arrangements were a bit cramped with a foldout day bed and bunk beds in the smaller room. Would be perfect for 2 adults and 3 children or 3 adults and 2 children. Although we like peaceful areas this complex was very very quiet with mostly residents rather than guests/ tourists with very few people seen outside and we were very conscious of making any noise either in the pool, on the terrace or even in the apartment. Neither terrace was private, which although not an issue for us could be for others. A booklet of key information such as where to dispose of rubbish and a local map to help people new to the area with key facilities would have been helpful

Very well located on a stunning quiet complex this apartment is well maintained with 2 good terraces to get the sun throughout the day as well as a small balcony. A well stocked kitchen, a washing machine and towels and some toiletries supplied. With a SuperDino just outside the complex it made it easy to get groceries. 5 minute walk to the beach or to the square it was an ideal location. Beautiful furniture and items included in the apartment with a modern bathroom with good shower. The pool, albeit cold, is fabulous with a shallower square area for younger children or none swimmers and a deeper section for lengths swimming if desired. Fantastic music concert directly outside the complex for Halloween was an added bonus (although the all day sound check might not be to everyone's liking). Fantastic support from the on-site apartment manager.

Booking.com total disregard for my family and friends, although they took the money quick enough. Disgusting.

Nice location, however completely spoiled by Booking.com, who did not inform the staff that we had booked the property. Disgraceful.

The apartment is very dated, with shabby old dirty furniture and in a general poor state of repair There is no kettle, no English channels on the TV, the towels provided are like carboard and smell badly The side door is difficult to close and has clearly been broken in the Costa Teguise winds many times and needs to be replaced. The washing machine was broken for our entire stay, with us chasing daily, only for it to be replaced on our last day when it was of no use to us There were only 2 working sunbeds available, one with a large crack, we were a party of 3 There was a 3rd in the back patio that appeared to be from 1970 and was broken and actually dangerous We were told on 3 occasions that a 3rd had been ordered but nothing arrived There are no sunbeds around the pool area to use so this was not acceptable for a family of 3 This is a residential complex and the owners clearly do not welcome holiday guests. We were actually told by the Neighbour that we " should not be staying there " which was not nice to hear On reporting this to the owner we were called " liars " and I have no doubt that he will respond with comments to this effect against my review The owner is not pleasant to deal with at all, Antonio who manages this for him on site is very nice though but clearly cannot sort anything without the owners consent On reporting the issues to the owner I was told I am just looking for a "free holiday " This is not the case, I just do not want other guests to have the same experience As will a refurbishment of furnishings and appliances this could be a lovely apartment in the perfect location All in all we did not have an enjoyable stay here , we love Costa Teguise and will not hesitate to return to a suitable apartment

The location is excellent , very central to Costa Teguise and the beautiful beach , there is a supermarket right outside . Antonio who looks after the apartment for the owner is very helpful The pool is beautiful

Very much a residential setting with many retirees. Pool use restrained in comparison to holiday setting.(no floaties etc) Costa Teguise was particularly windy during our stay and doesn’t offer much in the way of evening/nighttime activities for families with children.

Location in Costa Teguise is excellent. Beautiful pool . Antonio the host was very welcoming and attentive. Good amount of space, very quiet complex.

The pool was having renovations so the workmen were there 8am-3pm every single day. There was so much dust! Sitting outside was impossible and having the windows open meant everything was covered in dust from the pool renovations. The owner did say renovations would be happening, but he did emphasise he had NO LEGAL OBLIGATION to tell me this, and how kind he was for saying it!

Great location to explore Costa Teguise. Antonio who manages the property is lovely and very helpful.
