Reviews of Apartamentos Jerez

The apartment itself was great, BUT it was FULL of BED BUGS ! And TICKS in the sofa. The most shocking was the absolute lack of empathy and understanding from the management team . When we left the apartment we showed all the biting marks to the receptionist who, to be fair ,was kind. The next day we contacted the management team the next day via WhatsApp and we sent them all the photos with our entire bodies COVERED in biting marks, it took at least TWO hours to respond and by the answer it seemed we didn’t believe us. Absolutely disgraceful. We told them we were really struggling with the problem, we even had to go to the pharmacy to get tablets and cream to cope with the pain and itching. The only answer was that the would look in to it !!! Appalling

Very nice apartment in a beautiful old patio building in a great location.Good communication with the owner. Everything in walking distance, shops, restaurants culture.Car parking available.

The owner was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. The patio is lovely.

Keyless entry. Good supply of towels. Good place to relax during the afternoon. Lovely owners. Good instructions.

The double bed and the single bed are not very comfortable. Kitchen knives are blunt so unable to slice food.

Best place, best people, best flamenco.

Bed was a bit hard but personal preference

We could easy park and unload the suitcases from the car. Entered with code to the property. The host came with the key fob for the garage that is just on 20 meters from the stay. We had a great room/appartment with view over the square and statu of the great Lola Flores. The property has great history. And well presented throug out the building. It´s an awesome culture museum. Awesome to see they keep the culture and history in tact as Jerez and Cadiz. Olé, olé y olé . We will be back.

The hole house with patio and terrace

Everything. Clean, quirky, quaint and gorgeous. Close to everything and a very cheap car park 5mins walk.

The host was so helpful with instructions and the car. Wonderful location; the procession was a bonus. Easy for the centre of town and exploring other neighbourhoods. The apartment building is full of character, we wanted to spend more time relaxing in the courtyard!

Excellent location, short walk to main square, the apartment was extremely quirky, if you are looking for something a little bit different, with beautiful entrance area The owner was so friendly and helpful. Would recommend the bar Bujio around the corner, Tapas was excellent and staff were lovely.

Apartamentos Jerez is over 400 years old and full of character. It is in the center of the historic old town near to everything. Right outside the property is the statue of Lola Flores the famous Spanish singer, dancer and actress which nearly everyone passing took pictures. Lovely bars and restaurants within 2 mins. Apartamentos Jerez patio is full of flowers. The Hosts could not have been more helpful. I would recommend if you want the true Spain.

It’s character and very well kept

Couldn’t find certain things but nothing major

Location was good.

The room we got was not what was in the pictures of the accommodation we booked. When asked about this we were told this is what we booked and couldn’t change. The rooms were very small. The furniture was in poor condition and dangerous for our child. The bed was creaky and the windows are single glazed so there was a lot of noise from the street.

A great place to stay in Jerez. My room was comfortable and the setting perfect. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It is in a great location for exploring Jerez and its sites. I loved my stay here.
