Pillows are too hard. Mattress is not very comfortable. A bit noisy in the morning in the bedroom facing the main street.

Great accommodation for those seeking a quiet place. There's not much happening in Riumar except for a couple of restaurants, farmacy and a grocery store SPAR — conveniently located right next to the hotel. The apartment was clean, the air conditioning was efficient, the pool was a nice size not full at all in August. We were initially concerned about mosquitoes due to the proximity to the Ebro Delta, but there were none. Delta Ebro is a peacefull place, great for a morn ing run, or evening walks. We found a great restaurant La Llotja Riumar - fine dining for a great price.

The tv did not work. Pool use was only on certain time, until 9pm. Chairs around the table inside could be more comfortable.

Good and quick responses from the staff when we had late arrival. Very nice apartment for big family (3 bedrooms), rooms were clean and did not look old. Room had air conditioning. Apartment had a small kitchen with minimal equipment. It seemed to be quiet area.

The taking of a deposit for €150 was not nice. Also AFTER you got to the apartment you read in a booklet....that they could charge extra for using the 2nd bedroom in the apt.. also that you could be charged extra for clean towels. After reading reviews online ...other clients complained that they had been charged extra for 'using the kitchen' or any of the appliances. You could also be asked to pay €60 for cleaning. So during my stay there ...I was anxious about all these possible extra charges ....that I couldn't question ...as they already had a hold on my card for €150. In the end, they didn't charge me anything extra as I, and my guests felt obliged to CLEAN THE KITCHEN before we left....we also reused our towels....so as not to get charged. Maybe I was lucky....or maybe they got tipped off by Booking.com.....as I had voiced my concerns to Booking com......before I got to the apartment complex??????

quite old, needs some repairs here and there. not the best value for the money considering malfunctioning infrastructure (problems with water pressure and internet). The staff could have been nicer. Watch for the regulations concerning the use of the kitchenette. According to so called “inner regulations” that are not fully revealed in the booking offer they are eligible to retain your deposit (or at least a part of it) if you use the kitchen appliances. They did not do that in my case but I left everything as if I hadn’t used it at all. As far as fair offers are concerned I would like to have it clearly stated in the booking offer beforehand. The deposit in my case was 150 euro and the cost of stay 300 euro. So watch your money guys and clear that with the property before you book.

Very deceiving booking process. When I booked the property initially there were lots of photos showing a kitchen but when I chose our room type (double for two guests) it wasn’t clear that we were booking only a room in an apartment with kitchen but couldn’t use the kitchen without paying a lot more money. After I had booked there was a very small disclaimer way down in the ‘more information’ section - if you open this up but this is really not clear Very deceiving and disappointing. We booked for two as we were two and didn’t need a four bedroom place but we should have been able to use the kitchen Yes it was reasonably priced but the apartment is in need of renovation in the bathroom and it is low season. I actually feel that I’ve been had over here
