The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, which was much needed during the summer in this region. The staff were very polite.

We had three beds. One of them had a spring mattress, so it wasn't as comfortable as the others.

Very nice studio for two in a quiet and peaceful area. Around 5 km with car to the City Center. The studio has everything you need. Air condition, fridge, fully equipped kitchen. Separate bedroom. Lift to the ground level. Many free parking spaces on the street. Very kind and friendly host. Highly recommend.

LOCATION RATHER ISOLATED AT A NEW MODERN AND QUITE NEIGHBORHOOD -AT THE EDGE OF THE TOWN -

THE "WELLCOME" NOTIFICATION OF THE OWNER THAT POSSIBLE LATE ARRIVAL (CHECK IN BEYOND 19.30) WILL HAVE A PENALΤY OF 30 EUROS...!! THE RECEPTION THAT WAS OPEN FOR 2 HOURS IN THE MORNING AND A COUPLE OF HOURES IN THE AFTERNOON. THE OWNER'S "RECOMMENDATION" OF TAKING THE GURBAGE WITH US AT CHECKING OUT SO AS THE INDICATION WHERE TO PLACE THEM OUTSIDE THE FACILITY...(for your information we stayed just one night). THE SHEET INSTEAD OF THE FULL DUVET COVER ON THE BED THE ΝΟΤ WORKING BEDSIDE TABLE LAMP THE VENDING COFFE MACHINE IN THE HOTEL WHICH WAS OUT OF ORDER -THERE WERE NO SHOPS AT THE HOTEL AREA

Good complex of apartments.

Can only check in between certain times. Walls quite thin, could clearly hear people in the next apartment.

The room size was good

Extremely poor breakfast, dirty cutlery presented as clean 0/10 the breakfast experience, just avoid. The hot water ran out after 3 minutes, towels were made out of the worst possible fabric, almost water repellent, poor bed, had to wait couple hours between showers, the facilities are a bit laberinthic. I would rather pay 10 more bucks and stay in an hotel in city center. Nothing really convenient out of this place

The receptionist was very informative and pleasant. The apartment was clean and spacious

The location, no where near anything. The pool closed when the temperature was 30 degs, ridiculous. The apartment had an outdoor area, 16 seats for 12 apartments, it was like a prison exercise yard. Dreadful. We were on the floor below reception, we booked 3 nights, only stayed 2 as we had no sleep due to an alarm or similar starting at 11.45 pm, running at regular intervals, every resident was on the landing trying to sort it out. No reception at night. This was a dreadful place, no holiday, not even a bar to have a drink at night.

Location and staff were very helpful and the room was clean. For an self catering apartment it was adequate. The welcome miniature bottle of cava and chocolate was loved and appreciated.

Little toiletries for 3 days 2 small gells. Breakfast was poor, nothing hot, and fresh fruit at least. cold yogurt. pool needs an upgrade also please remove insects. The surrounds could use a little plants not empty pots with cigarette stumps in them, found that depressing.

En general todo

The pool was great! The lady at the reception was welcoming and friendly.

Parking is ani extra 5 or 10 EUR/night which we didn't know upfront.

The apartment was large and airy.

We met a cockroach in the hallway en route to our room. We only ever saw the one and it was not the sort of place where you would expect such, it was clean, tidy and comfortable. Lorries were using the road, we thought that there was a quarry or similar up the hill. Reception hours are limited to 2x2 hour slots (only one on a Sunday). This did not help us as we were delayed on our trip and had to sit around outside prior to the reception opening at 16.30.

It was big, clean

The mattress was very uncomfortable. No change of towels. Very far from everything. Somethings were not clean (photos attached)

The staff is amazing! The girl of the reception great and the woman who helps with the cleaning and breakfast was really great and helpful with everything!

Perhaps you should consider upgrading the apartment's mattress for a more restful sleep experience.

Big appartments in a quite place a bit remote from th city center. But it`s not a problem to get there using a bus (20 mins). The bus stop is near. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Nice for a short stay.

No tea or cofee, no water, no kettle. It was not that clean , the smell was a bit unpleasant , so we had to open all the windows on arrival. Quite old furniture , our bads squeaked after each movement.
