No kettle in room. Very loud music for kids club in atrium. Not offensive but could have been a little quieter

We changed the room to the quiet side, recommended to book the swimming pool side for the quiet side of the hotel.

Clean facilities, kitchen in the room and mini disco for kids. Good location. Parking for the car.

Very clean with comfortable beds Great little family hotel with good sized bedroom apartments. Nice area near to a beautiful cove. We stayed for one night only for its proximity to Santander before catching the ferry. Nice little find. Staff were helpful and friendly.

No one at reception when I arrived, left standing like a spare part for 15 minutes after a 7 hour drive to get there.

Our room 103 was just on the bar and it was really noisy. If you get the opposite side room with wiev on the valley and swimming pool then is good

The apartment is enough for a family, with all the necessary appliances. Indoor swimming pool open until 00:00 is an excellent idea.

The hot water ran out after two small baths (we had kids back from the beach) Also we booked as we saw there was a pool to use but were only told after booking that we needed to wear swimming hats which we didn’t have and that the time you can do it was just a 30min booking. Makes much more sense to ask people to shower before entering the pool and give more time or let people swim together rather than needing the whole pool to themselves. As we didn’t have a swimming hat we didn’t use that facility so couldn’t comment on it.

Room cleaner didn't clean room entirely and important to note that the apartments are right next to a big highway and you can hear traffic all day.

The receptionist was incredibly kind (girl with glasses). She made our stay so welcoming. Room view is incredible. Location close to nature but also the city.

No breakfast.

A very pleasant hotel, great apartment overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside. A very handy location for the ferry port, a straight forward 15 minute journey away. Equally so, I would say that this would make a great base to explore the beautiful Cantabrian landscape, I am sure that I will return to do just that. However I do have a criticism and that is that the restaurant was closed both in the evening and the morning. In the evening this was mitigated by there being a small and lively cafe/bar attatched where i was able to get a damn good pizza. Unfortunately in the morning the cafe was not open so no breakfast was available, not a disaster as I went into Santander for breakfast but it does mean that I have marked down the rating because of this.

Nothing to complain about

Very clean and spacious apartment with a view of the surrounding pastures and river. We were upgraded to to river view apartment. The staff at the resort was very helpful. There is also a large pool with lots of deck chair space. Great place to spend a few days. We will definitely return.

The cafe should open earlier for breakfast.

The pool was exceptionally, good , shame it doesent open all year round and I would come back.

The address in the Booking.com website to us to the other side of town, up a different hill and into a neighborhood. We do not know if this is Booking.com or the hotel’s mistake, but after walking for over eight hours, having to walk an extra 3 km was not helpful.

The hotel is beautiful, but we got in so late, we could not take advantage of the amenities.

Breakfast is too simple considering they charge 12 Euros. No any hot dish, no eggs, no vegetables.

We got a room with overwhelming river views. Indoor swimming pool is really a plus. Buffet dinner is good.

No knife… A little bit of plants decoration inside the aprtment ot something would be fine.

What it attracts the most was the view from the terrace. Amazingly beautiful!!! The room was clean, quite enough things to use.

The beds in the sofa although very practical were a little hard….

Loved the location, the swimming pools, the confy beds and the view. It has a laundry, supermarket and cafeteria so all you need. Staff were great too. We were in a one bedrooom apartment and the room was spacious.
