Cannot complain too much because it is what it is but the sofa bed and poor lighting. Also the lock on the balcony door wouldn't work which was a little concerning as the next door neighbour could easily climb over the wall and into the room if they wanted to. Thankfully they didn't.

Location staff and facilities were brilliant. Staff especially were really friendly.

Our door hardly worked we had to try the key card multiple times to get it open. It was also very gloomy the lights are not bright so after dawn we were basically in the dark apart from the bathroom which is bright.

We would have loved more mirrors, maybe a long one in the bedroom whilst getting changed and a bright mirror light in the bathroom? That would have been perfect! Also we found the room to be clean, but not spotless. The sofa had some marks on it and there were some things underneath the sofa where its been swept under rather than swept up. We also had a lot of tiny ants in our room. Overall we were happy with our stay and would like to see how they improve the hotel over the next year!

We loved the location, the room was a good size and the staff were lovely! We didn't use the pools but we definitely would have got in if we had the time! I would stay here again.

- Dated furniture and infrastructure. - Not the cleanest at check-in (e.g. dust on the shelves). - The iron I borrowed from reception did not work.

- Great location, within walking distance of Ushuaïa, Hï, but not right in there. - Good inside facilities: bathroom, air conditioning, balcony, fridge, sofa bed, wardrobe. - Pool is decent.

The property could do with some speakers around the pool to have a more lively atmosphere. The property also has no lift so may be a bit of a struggle if you have big cases

The property is in a good area with a lot of shops and food places around. It’s also only a short walk to the beach and close to taxi rank. Staff were very friendly!

There could have been some more useful cooking utensils (it only came with a big salad bowl, no serving bowls, no tongs etc.). And condiments like salt, pepper and sugar would have been useful instead of guests having to buy a whole package of each.

Very pleasant room, with ample space and a balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The facilities were good and the staff were lovely and helpful. The cleaning service was also very good.

The rooms were a bit small with not much space to put our things, would have been good to have some draws - there were 3 of us in a room though .

We had to move rooms on day 2 due to a leak, and then had a terrible smell in the bathroom for the remaining 2 days. Shower in second room was broken. Other vibra hotels are better i.e Algarb & Flow
