Lifts looked very outdated. The top apartments feel quite small, they are more like a hotel room. Kitchen is nice for breakfasts, but do not recommend the cooking. Our neighbours were cooking and our room felt like a restaurant kitchen. We could hear -everything- from the room next door

Swimming pool is great for kids, super nice staff, close to the beach, supermarket, boulevard, and the room terrace was nice!

Unfortunately, the bathroom had a clogged drain and it was very difficult to take a shower...the air conditioning wasn't working, and it was very, very hot outside....

we stayed one night, extended our vacation and only there did we find a free apartment. the food was excellent...the staff was wonderful....

The rooms were not cleaned well at all, just superficially. The cleaning ladies even brought torn towels every day, which is not appropriate for a 4-star hotel. (Even though they received tips). Then the biggest disappointment was that the beach was very far from the hotel, although the reservation we made specified that Gran Beach is only 400 meters away. Absolutely untrue, we walked over a kilometer to the beach. Horrible to carry a 4-year-old child on our back to the beach in such great heat. Lucky for us that we had a rented car and we were able to travel to the nearby beach resorts. The reservation did not specify that the beach has a rocky sand and the entrance to the water is really terrible, very large stones. So our children could not enjoy the sea water in Calella but only in Lioret de Mar for example. It was the only and last time we were in Calella. It should be noted that the price of the hotel for a week without any meals was not low enough to accept any compromise. So, we do not recommend it.

The hotel rents towels for the pool and sea for €5 per unit, less suitable for couples, lots of families with children and noise.

The hotel is wonderful, the apartment was spacious, clean and bright. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I recommend the hotel for a vacation and short trips to Barcelona.

The beds were way too hard. We were very uncomfortable and barely slept. Our bodies were aching the next day.

The pool area is nice and the food was good, both lunches and breakfast. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is good, not too far from the beach or centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, particuarly the lady on the front desk.

A small niggle and didn't affect our stay really, but we didn't like the fake grass on the balcony. We had a couple of short spells of rain but the fake grass never really dried out properly meaning it was damp underfoot all the time, even with the canopy extended.

We were here for the Ironman event, so it was ideally placed a short walk from the train station on arrival and a great location from all the main event infrastructure. Lovely well presented apartment, very clean. The staff here were simply wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and made our stay very comfortable. Especially Tinni on the bar who was absolutely brilliant! Good selection for breakfast and the lunches we had during our stay were tasty. The pool area was very nice too and always clean. Would definitely return here.

Apartment is not so spacious for 4-5 persons. For 5 person apartment there was 2 tea cups, no salad bowl, no wine glasses

The pool would have to prohibit eating in that area since in the afternoon where you walk you find plates with leftovers of food that rude people left.

The structure is very central to the beach and businesses, at reception they are very friendly always attentive to our needs.
