we had a bit of trouble getting in at first as there was confusion with the entry code; could have done with a chopping board in the kitchen.

Lack of clothes hanger and it would be nice if there was some salt, sugar and coffe in kitchen

Property advertised including a free airport transfer. Not specified if only one way or returned.. When contacted a taxi company was informed they do not cooperate with this property for over 2 years although allowed to book.. This have caused a confusion as we were unsure if the pickup was scheduled or not. The taxi have collected us at the end but the driver wasn't happy we had hand luggage's (although specified at the time of booking). I have sent multiple messages regarding the returned transfer to the flat providers but had no response. When called I was informed this is not included and the person I have spoken to was surprised we have actually had a transfer to the flat.. Ended up booking a private taxi - added cost 35 Euros. Facilities in need of TLC - sofa needs a clean, no power in plugs in one of the bedrooms, Table lamp not working. No hangers or hooks to store clothes in second bedroom. All 4 had to use a wardrobe in one bedroom. For 2 couples this was an inconvenience. Not enough cups for 4 people to have a warm drink. Property was good, but could be much better with a few little touches.

Self checkout was very convenient. The keyless entry suited us perfectly - no key to worry about. Perfect solution. Great location, in walking distance to majority of the amenities and city centre. Loads of cafés and restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds. Clean bedding and towels provided for our stay.

Thin walls so you could hear talking in night, cold water, there was no lights in the stairs area.

The toilet and shower facilities were cramp. Very limited space for personal needs.

The unit was clean. It was secured with electronic locks. Location was near everything yet quiet. We felt safe. Space was adequate for the price. Good internet wi-fi.

Elevator does not connect directly to the floor. Need to carry suitcases via stairs. Sometimes noise from upstairs keeps sleeping difficult

The bathroom design was so uncomfortable as it was tight and narrow .

The kitchen was great and the quite night sleep was perfect . Location was ok .. 20 minutes walk to Catalonia and 45 minutes walk to the beach.

We specifically chose this because of the big windows. But when we arrived, the shutters in the living room were broken and permanently shut. We sent a whatsapp, but they never came to fix it. Made the living room far less enjoyable.

perfect location, 40 minutes to sea side and 15 minutes to sagrada familia ( by walking) we stayed at home for only sleeping, so it met our expectation.

The owner had a software issue and sent a welcome message without the security code. We spent some time connecting and resolving it. Both bedrooms have windows to a very small court. No view at all. The only view was from the kitchen balcony. The elevator stops in the middle of two floors. So, you need to pass one narrow stair on foot with the luggage. The owner's site doesn't accept bank cards with a confirmation of transactions on the bank side. I had to figure out how to pay tourist tax with a different bank card.

The owner solved an issue with the security code promptly. Location in the historical center. One personalized security code for the entrance to the building and entrance to the apartment. You don't need keys at all. Very useful. The flexibility of personnel: I could pay tourist tax in cash.

furnitures and fixtures needs updating and fixing. Squeeky bed, falling knobs. a little bit of a challenge getting luggages in, especially if u have big ones. the hallway is narrow and u have to take about 10 stairway steps to access elevator

a lot of cafes and restaurant in the vicinity, easy 10min walk to Sagrada, 20 minute walk to La Rambla. Taxis are readily available. delayed response from staff

Perfect accomodation if you would like to see from Barcelona the main monuments. Sagrada Familia just 10 minutes by walk. Arco de Triunfo de Barcelona 10 minutes by walk. Center of Barcelona 15 minutes.

Only problem, very difficult to contact the host to report some problem. Didn't get the city tax receipt. To have basic like oil peper, salt will be a plus when you come for a very short time. AC is working well in the living room. Need to keep bedroom door open to avoid too warm.

Very good location and easy to access. The digicode is very good. Good to have a good rest.
