Beds weren’t great made of light material and the sheets were poor quality, difficult to sleep in the heat. The bedroom did not have an air conditioning unit, pretty uncomfortable in 30 degree heat!!

- The kitchen had the minimum amount of dishes and cutlery. Not even a bowl for cereals. - The refrigerator in our apartment had no shelves so we had to stack the food one on top of the other. - Facilities "left to luck". Mainly visible in the garden. All grass was dry, and weed were grown.

+ I must remark the amazing service in the place. All staff were always friendly, willing to help and nice to talk to. + In general it was a comfortable stay, nice pool, including area for small children, enough lounge chairs and decent size apartment for a small family.

The fridge was in a bad state and the freezer had no door. The shower stopped providing sufficiently hot water after one person took a shower.

Nice location, the pool for kids was great, the building's architecture and closeness to beach, supermarket and other facilities.

We went here with our 2 children from scotland so that we could fly from manchester airport the following day. Has all cooking facilities which was great! Lacation is brilliant! Bedrooms and bathroom all nice and clean! Living room, would reccomend a more cumfy couch. Owner is also brilliant communication.

Bathroom door was catching so we were unable to open the door fully. Pool is in use only till 5pm, felt like the hotel should extend the time.

Good price, nice and spacious. Good location. Our room was ground floor so loved that we had our own tiny terrace with a table and chairs. Also chairs to sunbathe. Plates, cups and cutlery in the kitchen.

The TV didn’t work the whole time we were there. WiFi very weak so not very good. Unfortunately the front door has a lock that means you have to slam the door so it was very noisy with everyone’s doors banging.

It is written on the booking listing that free WiFi available at the property. Yes there is a WiFi to connect but internet access is not possible, you can’t open a single page with that connectivity. On the listing it should not be written as free WiFi available. Because it is not possible to have access to internet with such service.

The air condition can only work in living room. The sleeping room is too hot.

The mattresses could do with getting replaced and the sofa bed in the living room was very firm and thin. It would have been nice to have an oven. A sharp knife and scissors would also be nice to have.

We arrived very late due to flight delay and the host was waiting up for us and she was extremely polite and patient, even if we were arriving long after midnight. All the staff was super helpful and sweet. The room was bright and clean. Only bugs we saw were roly-poly (pill bugs) and some ants outside. Good microwave, 2 hotplates and a kettle.

There is no oven in the kitchen.

The complex is neat and cosy. We had everything we needed. Sa Coma beach is beautiful and it is easy to start a day trip to famous destinations from there.
