We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe only thing I would have liked to have is an oven, only because on how picky my sister is with food it was hard for us to eat out all the time and I didn't feel like going out every day.
The chalet was beautiful and clean. The bathroom has an amazing shower. There was air conditioning which was definitely needed. The pool and bbq area was also beautiful. The hosts were polite and hospitality couldn't do any more.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Larios! The facilities were great — easy check in, a lovely pool, barbecue area, and very dog-friendly, even down to providing dog bowls. The fully gated outdoor space meant the dogs could run around freely and safely. Everything was clean and well maintained, especially the pool. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, including an air conditioning unit and a ceiling fan, which made it very comfortable. The location is ideal — just a short walk to the train station for easy day trips, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. The river is only a 9-minute walk away too — perfect for a peaceful stroll. We really appreciated thoughtful touches like the clearly marked first aid kit by the door — it shows great attention to guest care. Great communication with the hosts, answering all our questions in a timely manner. We’d definitely return & bring friends & family! Highly recommended.

New ZealandCasa Larios has spacious rooms and a comfortable bed, a nice swimming pool and a very rural feel. The town has lots of bars to eat and drink at and a beautiful forest setting.

SpainSuch a beautiful area! The staff were fantastic and we met the owners who were very nice too. We had a little house with a kitchenette and we were able to use the barbecue outside and it was absolutely perfect. They let us bring our new kitten that we didn't know that we would have when we booked the weekend and they were very sweet with her. We went to see the meteors but the sky wasn't very clear, it will be a great spot for it on a clearer night though. We only live an hour away so we will be back! Thanks for everything 😊
