Lots of sunbeds, Immaculately clean apartment and grounds. Bed was incredibly comfortable, new USB ports & plugs on headboards, excellent shower, and all new equipment fridge, microwave etc.

V good stay, the reception staff could have been friendlier both for checking in and when checking out . The bar area badly needed attention on the 2nd level, a right eyesore. However, work was carried out the day before we left, and fake grass was laid, which greatly improved the area and ut tidyed the place up. Overall, the apartment was excellent, clean and a lovely balcony, and also a great location. Pools were well maintained and cleaned regularly.cleaning staff were lovely and v good at their job.

Nothing I didn’t like

I love the location it’s easy to walk to both the old town and strip. It has shops nearby to buy your essentials and also a big supermarket within walking distance. The bar serves reasonably priced drinks and food all day. The apartment was cleaned and towels changed every day. Lovely huge balcony which looked out to the sea. We asked for extra pillows and got them and there was a problem with our safe making a noise and they rectified it straight away.

So many steps. After the climb up the hill from the strip it was still another 51 to get to our apartment. We have no major mobility issues but in the heat it was exhausting. Our Apartment was on the los lomas side. No sun on balcony after midday. The apartments seem to attract a “type”.

Clean spacious apartments, maids very good. Daniel at the pool bar was great. Swimming pools lovely.

The cleaning staff were trying to come in to clean the apartment before 10am some days, which is a bit too early when you are on holidays. the sun beds were only unlocked at 10-10.20 am and the pools could only be used from the same time, and closed again at 7pm in the evening, and the sun beds locked up again.Some of the sun beds were broken and a bit tatty looking. A toaster in the apartments would be handy .

We loved practically everything about Atlantis Las Lomas, We loved the accommodation, the pools , the bar and cafe and the location was very good and staff were friendly, and very hard working. We will definitely be back.

I can’t fault them much, the sun beds are left in piles so you have to set them up yourself which I didn’t mind, however you couldn’t use them till after 10-10:30 in the morning as they were locked. The lifeguards were very chill and took their time getting to the beds every morning. I didn’t mind this because we weren’t up early every morning but if you wanted to make the most of the sun they are not open early. I was very disappointed with the bar staff, while food was grand and cheap, cocktails were lovely the staff put me off going to the bar. They were rude and at one point avoided serving customers altogether. This doesn’t include the cleaners, maintenance staff or reception staff. They were all very kind and helpful. There are also added costs like there are for most hotels. WiFi was €20 for 2 devices for 7 days. The safe was €15 for the week and the TV remote is €10 (refundable deposit). Not much different to most places I’ve stayed in Lanzarote.

It was very large with 4 great pools, catering to all parties (2 main pools & 2 quiet ones). Some rooms have been refurbished and are great, some are dated but overall very clean. Apartment regularly cleaned and towels changed. Loads of sun beds available and loads of space for them. Reception staff great and very helpful. Atmosphere was great with a mix of groups from couples to friends to large families. Bar food was cheap and cocktails were lovely too.

A very minor thing, but the bed had only 1 thin pillow and extras were not stored in the wardrobe as I’ve experienced in other properties.

Very well located, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money, a deceptively big property with 2 very well kept pools. Just a short walk to to the strip.

Top pool where the 2 bedroomed apartments. The sunbeds are not as well maintained as the ones down at the main pool and the pool area is not cleaned as well as the main pool.

Interior decor. Colour of curtains, bed linen, windows, doors etc! Nothing matched! The complex is located at a very elevated location. Very difficult to get to on foot ! Particularly at our age!! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much!!
