Too many items in the apartment to pay for. The fridge was too full of mini bar items, even the coffee pods and washing liquid were chargeable. The air conditioning was only in the living area which meant the bedroom was very hot. Appreciate this is a party hotel and did enjoy the Saturday pool party but volume was far too loud meaning got absolutely no rest on the Saturday from 10am until 11pm.

Very friendly staff, nice to have kitchen area and separate bedroom.

Older rooms than what you would expect from the pictures . Pretty far from the beach .

Carmen, Begonia and Luc -AMAZING Really good cleaning all the time when neded, and even when privacy was on the door, if Begonia would see you for sure she will check if you need towels, toiletries or to take tour waste . All the staff happy to help and Carmen was giving us a great vibe because of her smile and energy . Luc was the spice 😌

The hotel is a bit old and during my stay there was an issue with the sewerage.

Airco in room only cools living room. Bedroom stays warm.

The staff was amazing. From checkin to bar. Friendly and attentive. Carmen remembered things from last visit and she was really interested in my current things happening. She showed interest and helped whenever possible. Also Alex is amazing. Always cheerful and remembering things you said before. That makes the reception great. They acknowledge you as guest. 👍🏻👍🏻

Too many guests at pool party, air con was not very effective

I had 3 massages with Hamza during my 9 night stay there. He was great and l loved my massages so much, highly recommend booking in for a massage or 2 during your stay. The pool was also amazing with a DJ on Saturday, location was excellent!

Bathrooms need refurbishing. Issue with drains at times. Sewerage odours coming up sinks during the day. Broken shower gel dispenser in shower.

Rooms are dated. It was actually more modern the previous style. Dated wallpaper on the walls and also in the bathroom

Noisy AC unit told reception 1st day and had to go back again over the course of 3 days to be told on the 4th day we need to change room

Only suggestion was the kitchen at the pool bar closed at 4pm... maybe staying open until 5pm would have been nice

Location was walking distance to Yumbo Centre and other places to eat and drink. Pool was great, not overcrowded and loved the DJ on the Saturday Room was kept clean by a friendly team cleaners

The Hotel is a little bit outdated but it’s not a problem if you come for party and nice atmosphere!

One suggestion, meat and cheese got a bit sweaty when it was getting to warm inside. Maybe provide better cooling. For the rest breakfast choice was more than satisfied

Nice rooms (actually apartments), friendly staff (especially at the reception and cleaning ladies), loved the pool party with DJ and the area around the pool.

1-coffee/tea are charged in the room - should be free like other hotel closeby for same room cost . Please change that . 2-room bit old & ventilation in bathroom is not good considering cost of staying there . 3- You get charged after you leave without your consent on items you dont use - lucky I got refunded after i complaint. 4- Good hotel do not charge use of safe deposit daily - should follow other nearby hotel example . 5- coffee machine gives diluted coffee- should get rid of it asap. 6-gym equipment need improvement asap - very old & not much equipment for this modern age - should not be mentioned it us a gym .

Only one thing was the corridor was a bit dark.

I think its convenience location wise was great. The bed was super comfortable and the shower great. The pool area was fab.

Nothing, everything was great

Everything was excellent, room was spacious and cleaners came daily to clean and give fresh towels. Pool and bar area was exceptionally clean and service was fantastic. Location was perfect - within waling distance of bars resturants and beach
