Great room lovely staff. Enjoyed using gym and polls along with sauna and stream room. Great location walked everywhere! Able to take train to local sites of interest too.

The TV. Could not integrate with phone to broadcast apps to tv. Or log in to apps on Tv. For cable tv. No shows allowed the original version. Usually English. You could not switch subtitles to English. Or language

The front desk staff Rachel and Helena were very helpful and nice! Rooms were modern and nice Big bathroom area. Big towels.

The bteakfast was a bit pricey. Options for fruit and yoighurts at reduced rate would havr been perfect.

The pool on roof was lovely and the drinks in the evening were a super touch. I loved the wellness center was a great addition.

Everything. Great location and easy walking to beaches, bars, shopping and attractions. I loved the surrounding streets with local coffee shops. The staff were amazing and super helpful, especially Raquel. We loved the gym and Wellness facilities and will definitely be returning and will be recommending to family and friends.

beds were a bit hard. Parking in other garage needed due to limited hotel capacity.

Good location, beach and old town on walking distance. Nearby parking if the hotel parking is full. Large supermarket (Eroski) nearby. Hotel has a rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi + saunas in the basement. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

There was never gym towels in the gym. The gym is too hot the air conditioner needs to be stronger or more units and need cups for fountain. The pool when busy - needs more chairs. There is room. The bar seats are not useful really.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast finished at great times. Room lovely and clean. Gym is good - but too hot and pool is cute. Jacuzzi spa very good. I liked the provision of water at reception and the pool.

About 15-20 min walk from the old town & Gros area, but very doable. A little expensive, although I did visit during the jazz festival

Perfectly clean, nice spa area & rooftop pool, very approachable and pleasant staff, especially Helena in reception. Would definitely stay again. Nicely located close to the train station. Have been to previous Axel hotels and had worried it may be a little too liberal for my parents in their 60s, but it’s absolutely fine

As mentioned by others. Lack of storage and hanging options in rooms, especially bathroom. Parking charges on top of expensive rooms is always a bit irritating.

Great location, a little away from the hustle and bustle of La concha and Old town, but close enough to stroll there each evening. Nice clean modern hotel, good breakfast. Helpful staff

Location was perfect in a quiet street yet close to everything! The two pools and gym within the hotel were a huge plus! All amenities were provided and service was exceptional.

The bedrooms were a case of style over functionality. Not enough drawer space. No headboard for the bed. See through from bedroom area into the bathroom which even for an old married couple was a little disconcerting. No shelf in bathroom for toiletries.

Good location, very stylish, nice spa and gym absolutely wonderful staff. Great breakfast.
