Would love a kettle in the room

Great location, rooms comfortable and what is need for a stay in Ibiza. The reception staff were amazing, helped me up graded my room when another guest came out with me and helped us stay another night when our flight got cancelled. They were so helpful and gave us dinner.

The room had a shared ventilation system through which I could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms. This unexpected lack of privacy created an uncomfortable and unsettling atmosphere. I found myself looking for a way to escape the situation, as it genuinely took me by surprise. In addition, I was unable to enjoy a cup of tea at the restaurant during breakfast, as the hot water provided was not sufficiently heated. Ironically, the in-room kettle proved more reliable, making the lack of proper tea service feel like a missed opportunity.

I really enjoyed the hotel room, especially the balcony and the excellent air conditioning—it made it easy to unwind, sleep well, and recharge after full days of activities, both at sea and while exploring Ibiza by land. What stood out most was the company: most of the guests were English, and it was great getting to know fellow sun-chasers.

The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of vegan/vegetarian food. For example everything was cooked mainly for non vegetarians or for example my husband doesnt eat pork but everything was either pork or mixed with pork and beef mince(lesanga, pasta etc). Also they should have separate dishes for vegans placed at one side rather than all in the same place . Cakes were amazing though

The only thing that would be useful would be usb plug sockets in the rooms. Even just one per room as I forgot my plug adapter. That's really it. I had a really great stay.

Excellent price for H/Board. Great location just a couple mins walk from the beach. Well stocked bar, nice pool area with pool table and table tennis. Plenty of sun loungers and nice clean pool for a dip. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Particularly my new friends Guido, Irene and Carla who all looked after me with everything from a super late check-in to baggage storage etc on my final day and everything in between. I'll definitely stay agaion

The room wasn’t the best - the original they tried to provide had a broken light and wouldn’t lock, we refused to have this room, more so due to the safety issues, this was resolved in minutes. However the room could have been cleaner, eg; hairs on the floor and a few stains on the top bed sheets but no biggy as we didn’t use them. Our balcony was the biggest disappointment, very small, no sun and overlooking the backstreet where the bin men would come at 4 am, staff would take smoking breaks and laundry was sorted - so far from ideal. Control over some of the louder guests was inconsistent.

Fantastic location, right near the bus station, perfect for those going to events at the big clubs, 2 minute walk from San Antonio Bay to, location couldn’t be any better if you’re in Ibiza for the nightlife. Food for half-board was really nice, staff were helpful and friendly and pool was lovely and chilled. Ordering from the bar was good too, really nice pizza!

Maybe the price of the drinks. And the food choice was very different but didn’t make it bad. The rooms are basic but then I only slept and got ready in it. And the room was not cleaned every day - so had to use the same dirty towels a few days.

I was worried about this hotel, after seeing the previous reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, the staff were lovely. I had a pool view so was lovely waking up to the sun each morning. The location is great, central to everything.

Everything was good enough!

I have stayed here a fair few times now mainly because of location, it’s a couple minutes walk from the bus station which is very handy with the current taxi situation. It’s basic but clean, vibes around the pool are usually good and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is alright, not amazing but not bad either.
