David and Wendy's B&B is in a stunning and peaceful location, and offers top quality accommodation. Both David and Wendy are great hosts, they looked after us and were a joy to get along with. We joined David's tasty BBQ with their other guests on our first night, before watching the sunset - both perfect! And the area is great for a visit to the local reservoirs for alternative activities such as kayaking (Embalse del Conde de Guadalhorce) and hiking (Caminito del Rey), and we visited the thriving Málaga harbour for al fresco dining on our last night, which is within easy reach. We will consider returning to Casa Loré D'or next time in Andalusia.

The owner was super nice and he gave us great tips about restaurants and places. He was always open to help with anything we needed. it is so quiet there and the views are wonderful. Great place to relax. For breakfast you could choose on a list what you like to have.

Our stay at B&B Casa Loré D'or was nothing short of exceptional. From the stunning views to the cozy, well-equipped room, everything was perfect. The calm and peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. David, the owner, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. His attention to detail and care for not only us but also our dog made the experience even more special. He provided everything we needed and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, and we truly enjoyed every aspect of our time there. There is absolutely nothing we didn't like about our stay. We highly recommend B&B Casa Loré D'or and can't wait to return!

The stay was too short

We loved everything from the moment we arrived. The views are breathtaking, overlooking Alora. We were greeted by the most amazing owner, David. He cooked us the best breakfasts with his own bread and advised us to eat at the best seafood restaurant in town. We really felt like at home. We enjoyed the company of cats and dogs, while laying by the pool drinking and enjoying the views. There’s also a great trail there if you’re into hiking. Very close to Alora with a short uphill road. Nice and cozy room with our favourite Rituals cosmetics. We will definitely be back! All the best to Wendy, David & Bo

Despite the overwhelmingly positive experience, there was one minor inconvenience. The shower and toilet were almost in the same room without any partition. While this wouldn't be a significant issue in good weather, it became a bit inconvenient during our stay due to the bad weather conditions. However, this was a minor setback in an otherwise fantastic experience.

From the moment we arrived, David and Wendy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The view from the place was breathtaking, and the tranquility of the surroundings made it the perfect getaway. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with exceptional hosts.

The shower was great, the bathroom big and well-equipped. A frosted glass door between the bedroom and the bathroom would perhaps be better than just a bead curtain.

Excellent breakfast, served in beautiful surroundings. I wish we could have stayed longer. This place was so relaxing and comfortable. Sitting on a lounger in the grounds which adjoin the rooms was delightful!

Beautiful location about 40 minutes from Caminito del Ray - you can relax here and still be close to the trail Swimming pool with sun beds 💦 Room surrounded by palm trees 💕🌴 Cats, dogs and horses in the area 🐈🐾 Positive vibes ✌️ Very friendly hosts - David and Wendy Very tasty breakfasts 🥐☕️🥪 Soap, body gel and soft towels 🚿 Coffee maker in the room You take cold drinks from the fridge and pay on departure - a very convenient solution! 🥂 The access road to the house is gravel but very decent 👍 Thanks to David for an impressive breakfast to take away and taking care of us! 👋
