I arrived late on a delayed flight. Missed transfers, and all I needed was a bed for the night. It was clean, good value, Andana was actually waiting for me at the door to greet me - that was really nice as I was super late. She was lovely. That’s it. I went out for a little tapa and beer and then slept.

I just loved this place. Was like stepping back in time, a typical valencian pension. Even though somewhat dated, the shared facilities were great, the bed was super comfy, there was a lovely little terrace, and super cute original features. The staff were really helpful, I was travelling with my dog, and was made to feel very welcome. Great location in the centre, near train station/shopping and places of interest, would definitely stay again.

The location was right in the middle of restaurants and shops. In the evening, until late at night, there’s nonstop music, super loud, and you can hear it clearly in the room, along with the noise of people talking and eating. Light comes in because there's nothing to properly cover the windows, and the curtains are sheer white. If you're looking to relax, this is not the place to do it. The bathroom was far from the room, and only one out of the two was working. The listing mentioned a washing machine, but we weren’t allowed to use it.

It's very noisy—you can hear everyone around. The bathroom could use renovation. It says that check-in is at 10 AM, but when we arrived, they told us it was at 1 PM, claiming they had messaged us, which they hadn't. I would only recommend this place for a short stay of 1–2 nights, nothing more.

The location is perfect, and I appreciate how quickly they clean everything. One of the staff members was very polite and spoke English very well.

Sometimes had to wait for a free bathroom. The host didn't have any English but was friendly. The room was v sparse, no drawers or cupboard or TV but once we realised it is more of a hostel than a b&b it was fine.

Kitchen facilities available and a communal seating area. Books available to borrow. Very hot water and clean facilities. Comfortable bed. Good value for a short stay. Very central but not noisy after midnight (in April).

Rude staff, they have a room accessible to guests, no signs indicating staff only, except for a small round sticker on the appliances that is not easy to see. We were told we could not use because it was broken, nothing about staff only, someone in our party washed something by hand and put it in the dryer, the young woman threw a fit and was very rude.

First of all the staff was great, girls did whatever they could to make staying comfortable. The apartment is located in a great location, it's right in the middle of the old town. But, they should install air-conditioning, and the door to the room need to be renovated because they have glass in the middle of the door, so it's feels like no privacy

Everything was great, didn't love the idea of shared bathrooms but for the price it was perfect and they're all clean. If you book the twin room it's at the back of the property and has big (blurred) windows that connect to smoking/ courtyard area, wasn't noisy though so no issues

Very well kept, great location next to metro and in the old town, the staff were very helpful and rooms were basic but very comfortable. You can get a train, the no. 3/5 from the airport directly there, it takes 20mins Also had two bathrooms to share between 5 rooms with two showers that were cleaned every morning and evening and showers had nice hot water. Located on the 1st floor so not a lot of steps to climb which was nice Check in is available from 10am but rooms (if someone just stayed) are ready and cleaned at 2pm, thats no problem though as you can leave bags with staff

The host was a wonderful and kind. The room is big and bright, but it needed some more shelves and furniture. It was a bit cold. The large windows face a main tourist street. If you sleep lightly, you might not like it. But it gets quiet after midnight and I sleep heavily, so it didn’t bother me at all.

Because it is organized in an old building, the rooms were kind of cold but very comfortable and cosy!

Location was amazing, right in central valencia. Nice staff, and always ready for u. Had never been to a B&B, so had some concerns about hygiene, but all those concerns were taken away by a hard working staff. Who clean the bathroom and toilets 3 times a day, and still keep an eye on it.

My room faced the restaurant street, so it was extremely loud at night. As I am from Kyiv and we are shelled by rockets at least once a week and each loud and sharp sound I instinctively expect to be an explosion, my sleep was not well( There are also no blinds or proper curtains so no darkness's at night. If ones sleep is healthy and good it may be not a big deal

Our bed wasnt attatched to the headboard which means as we got in and out of bed the frame would move around a bit. As i would get into the bed some of the metal would make a loaud noise as if it needed oiled or repaired.

Bathrooms are shared which we didnt have a problem with. They were very clean. Our room had a great view of a busy street out some big bay style windows. location is absolutely amazing can get anywhere needed with ease.
