Over priced,tiny room's, needs a total revamp

One of the lifts was not working at the time which was a bit annoying as I was on the top floor.

Breakfast good but dinner was hit and miss some nights better than others. The walls are pretty thin so I did need my ear plugs.

Good value for money in a lovely position opposite the beach. Very clean. I like the fact it's not too big so never felt crowded anywhere.

Outside of hotel is dirty as all the shops and restaurants bins are placed on the road. Cleaning service not up to standard. We never had towels changed even though we left them out. No toilet rolls replaced, we had to go to reception and ask for them. Tea and coffee facilities not replaced.

Bar staff excellent, friendly and worked so hard. Reception helpful and polite when we needed to speak to them. Hotel in a good location and close to amenities. Room nice with a pool, sea and Mountain View.

Apartments were very small with barely space to walk (we had 3 beds to accommodate a kid). As we only stayed one day it was fine, but in a long term two separate rooms would be required. Maintenance is required as bathroom was in quite a rundown state (bathtub surface damage, tap components falling from the wall).

This is a typical tourist hotel one can find with all the positives and negatives attached. Hotel is right on the beach from with 2 minutes walks. There are a lot of places to eat around, some shops in the short walking distance and some attraction within 15min walk. Breakfast is nothing special but if fine for the price.

Staff were not too friendly Breakfast hit and miss, sometimes no bacon or fried eggs with an explanation of they will be back again tomorrow. I found the bed very uncomfortable

The entertainment could have been advertised a bit better. But there was nothing really to not like.

The location was fab and the pool area great for kids. I had a brilliant stay here and would definitely return.

They seem short staffed, the lift is extremely slow and there isn’t enough lifts for the amount of guests staying there. One was out of order another wouldn’t fit more than two people in it and showed up when it felt like it so out of 3 lifts 1 was the only proper working lift. The pool only opens 12-7 which didn’t bother me but did bother the friend I was staying with. The staff are reception told us it opens at 11 so they don’t even know themselves when it opens which seems strange.

Convenient location, the pool is great for short adults (such as myself 🤣) nice crowd there with a varied age. Overall great experience with a few minor cons.

It would be good to have some yoghurts and fresh fruit available at breakfast

Location brilliant, buffets are a bit repetitive. Perhaps a Spanish eve one day a week? Entertainment needs to be advertised better

We had a fridge in our room but no facilities for making tea and coffee

We liked how convenient the hotel is to everything, shops, beach and transport. All the staff were very helpful and we appreciate how hard they all worked

Food bland . It was a lot better the last time we stayed. Unfortunately we had a room 121 which was overlooking a tin roof. And next door to the sunrise bar. Had a lot better stay last time

Breakfast was good, very busy. sometimes a shortage of glasses and cups. Staff were good, often overbusy, would clear your table if you went up for an item.

Location was excellent. Good breakfast. Pool area very spacious. the Hotel was relaxed and mad holiday very enjoyable.

I liked everything

It was all really good, from the friendliness of the check in lady (forgot to ask her name - but thank you to her) onwards everything was great. The breakfast buffet was good, room was good (we had single 3 beds - perfect for us) location is good. No complaints at all and I highly recommend the hotel as great value for money.
