Lovely hotel and fabulous location. We were on a motorbike tour of northern spain and they let us park our bikes down behind the hotel in a small courtyard which was nice to keep them safe.

We never saw any staff. The cleaner welcomed us and we saw the cleaner, but actual reception staff or managers nothing.

A kettle in the room

Absolutely loved the location by the harbour with a great view from our room. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Good choice of foods and good value for money. Secure storage for our cycles.

Right in the heart of the fishing village across the street from the comercial marina. Good for such a low cost hotel.

A room with a view of the harbour would make it even nicer.

Almost everything. We had some food with us and they kept it in their kitchen fridge since the room didn't have one. Parking was only a short walk away at the beach.

What a beautiful town! And Hotel Baltico is in the best possible spot on the harbour! We're hiking the Camino but wanted to stay by the water, and couldn't have chosen a better, clean modern and comfortable place..the buffet breakfast for €6 was a bargain. Would love to re visit and WILL both Luaca and the hotel!

Beautiful location on the harbour front with lovely view. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff struggled with English but managed to communicate. The main car park was unfortunately closed but we found street parking fairly easily.

Great location, very friendly staff and good restaurant below. The staff really treat us like family. From serving the breakfast, lunch to providing umbrella. It is a family business, and the rooms have been renovated with great bathroom. The windows are great and the noises below don’t bother us. There is a beautiful garden behind and plants and flowers everywhere. The landlady has green thumbs and takes good care of them. Definitely recommend and will be back!

It didn't bother us at all, but don't expect tea/ making facilities or a mini bar in the room.

Very comfortable, exceptionally clean room. We paid extra for a sea view which was well worth it. Fabulous location straight across from the harbour. Only €5 for two coffees and fresh croissants for breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff. Can't wait to return.

We loved Luarca and the local food in the Baltico Restaraunt was special and PLENTY of it! Great fish dishes and some great sauces on your potatoes! If you have a room at the front you have landed something really special but we had a room at the back which was a bit gloomy with little natural light. But Luarca is special, walk up to the lighthouse and round the harbour - fishing boats bringing in there catches and you can watch the un-loading. We really, really enjoyed our stay at the Baltico and they arranged a taxi for us as we have little Spanish. Would certainly go back to hotel and town - as long as we had a front room!

Noisy and no fan

Great location, wonderful welcome from the lady at reception. Beautiful port view from our room but very noisy. The room was warm so we had to open windows and since the room overlooked the port, it was busy and noisy all night. If the room had a fan, we could have closed the windows. So use ear plugs or get a fan! The linens were delightful and room was very clean.
