How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewWe loved our stay however my child is autistic and has a restrictive diet. We had originally booked a room with kitchenette as we needed a fridge freezer and cooking facilities to feed our child but we were given royal family level which was excellent however it was not suitable for our requirements. I would Definitely stay again royal level if the rooms were equipped with at least a fridge freezer. All of our child’s food had gone off due to storing in The minibar which isn’t suitable for keeping diary and meat cold. Only drinks. So we really struggled to feed our child at the complex even though we were all inclusive he wouldn’t eat the hotel food. So he was extremely hungry. It would be amazing if a fridge freezer would be in the total level rooms instead of a minibar.

Verified reviewThe hotel structure is really beautiful, not the typical big hotel with more floors but is like a village with bungalows and villas. The position is nice as you can reach the best beaches in a reasonable amount of time and Caleta Fuste itself is a nice beach.
This hotel has a great potential but is not properly managed. We faced different issues: - Baby Club. We put our daughter at the mini club the first day. After 2 hours we have been called saying she wanted to come back with us. The reality was that she was left playing alone in the small swimming pool for a while, as explained by a witness, and fell and bruised her knee while not being supervised. On top of that, the baby club's door was not secured, so she went out to reach for help, as she didn't have any support there. One of the lifeguards from the pool nearby found her and called us, preventing further accidents. The baby club is a big structure, and only one person was responsible for the kids with nobody controlling the entrance. Unbelievable. Nobody came to us later asking if our kid was ok. We did not use it anymore. - Food. We used only the big buffet restaurant. Even if there was lot of choice the average quality of food was poor. - Service. There are lot of people working, but in our opinion not properly trained. We've been left several times with dirty dishes on the table with nobody taking them even if walking around our seats. When you order from the wine list, most of the time the staff have no clue about what is in the list. When ordering at the pool bar, often was long waiting time even if no cue and the staff in clear difficulty managing the drinks. - Swimming pool. The pools are nice. The issue is that there are only few spots with sun umbrellas and most of the beach loungers have no protection from the sun. Not ideal with all the kids in the hotel as you don't have protection during the worst sun hours.

We had an upper floor apartment, but there was no hand rail, just steps which my wife found awkward, not very safe if you have a knee problem. It was a non-smoking facility, which we found a bit discriminating. We were also put in a family section so a bit disappointed being two adults only. No WiFi connection possible, apparently a faulty system which did not get rectified.

There was a strong damp smell in the room. I didn’t feel safe because I was the first bungalow on the main road. There was no key to get in or out of room. I Had to leave the door open to go and get food across the street which was very risky as my suitcase was in the room and someone could have went into the room when I wasnt there. I was a good bit away from reception if I needed to get into the room as there was no key.
