The location is about a 15min drive from the city centre. There are shops, cafes and a laundromat near the hotel though which is convenient.

Absolutely loved my stay in Madrid and the hotel was a huge part of my experience. Staff are so helpful, the location is amazing - plenty of metro options nearby, the pool area is amazing for an afternoon chill. Could not recommend highly enough.

Great location. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed for a week and had the in-house breakfast buffet every day, with a lovely selection of fresh and delicious food. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. Every night, we came home, and we were so grateful that we had chosen to stay at this hotel. We also spent a couple of days poolside, soaking up the sun in our daybeds. On our last night, we had drinks at the rooftop bar.

The buzzers at the pool did not work to order a drink, so had to go to the bar and wait, sometimes for a long period of time, till someone appeared!

Love this hotel very much! Interesting decor in and out, with excellent staff service who are friendly and helpful. The room is superb and super comfy. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay there and would definitely stay again if we return to Madrid.

Occasionally the people who worked there (bar colleagues) could be difficult. We tried our best in Spanish. One day they got on with it and another day with a different colleague they could be difficult. We understand this with the feeling in Spain at the moment but thought this was more about renting and not using hotels. Saying all this, on the whole, it was a great hotel with excellent bar colleagues on the rooftop

Within walking distance of Charmartin Train Station, easy to find from station too! We were able to take the train from the airport, and then hop on another train the next morning without an problems!

Do yourself a favour and book with breakfast, it was one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts we’ve had - YUM! Rooms were clean and spacious. A cot was provided for my baby and also a roll in bed for my toddler. Loved that our room had a bath. The pool was fantastic! Location was not close to town centre but it was only a few minutes walk from the Chamartin train station which is why we chose it. We were able to walk there albeit with our luggage as well, it was too easy!! Would highly recommend! Comfortable beds too and block out curtains!

Staff were really switched on to guest needs. They were knowledgable about both the neighbourhood and Madrid overall. Nothing was too much trouble - every request was fulfilled with a smile. The pool was joy during a heatwave and the room was big and very comfortable.

Lobby restaurant leaves much to be desired with food options. Chicken Caesar salad included processed chicken “ nuggets” and no Caesar dressing, just “ dry” romaine lettuce? Didn’t understand the music “ theme” of the hotel. Seemed random.
