The apartments were worn out, a bit too much in my opinion. Everything functioned ok but not at 4 star level. The electricity switches completely off when you remove the cards, I would like to keep it for charging devices. Also the bathroom hat no window to open and no shower (my preference). One day the water was only hot.

I liked the staff and the quality of the food. Also I like that there are a lot of facilities in a proper size like fitness, pools, sauna, restaurants and placement of the property

The hotel has a self service laundry room which is very convenient. Their heated indoor pool is quite nice.

The SPA Zone is smaller than expected, small sauna and steaming room. Our room was a little smaller, but we had a really nice balcony. There are several types of AI packages which we did not know in advance or did not see (soft and may be full). The soft one does not include hard liquor (expect beer and wine during main meals).

The hotel overall is really nice, the variety of food was very good and the location is also very convenient. It`s around 10 min from the airport and 20/30 min from the center. There is also convenient public transport.

Receptionist and one of the hostess could not speak any English. That was really weird. There are no activities for children - which was ok for us, but families with kids in active age should think about this. No mini disco, no children club. But Halloween party was great.

Overall it was a great hotel, with warm clean pool, really good breakfast. Very pleasant stuff in the restaurant and bars. They don't do enormous amount of food variety. But it is good quality. And tasty. Good quality cocktails, pleasant atmosphere. I dont agree with comment that hotel is old. I think they take good care of it. And really try their best.

I booked All Inclusive even though only staying one night. Alcoholic drinks are only included at mealtimes. You do get a 50% discount on drinks at other times. I was only offered one drink during dinner. I would opt for Half Board next time. I got upgraded to a one bed apartment on ground floor. The decor was quite dated compared to the rooms at the Occidental Cala Vinas.

My flight was cancelled and I wanted to stay closer to the airport for my flight the next morning. Sister property of the hotel I was previously staying at. Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. The public areas were very impressive. Whilst there were a few kids there it felt more adult only. Relaxed vibe. The restaurant was really large and unlike the last hotel it wasn't like feeding time at the zoo trying to get to the various food stations. Food seemed higher quality too. I would 100% stay here over the Occidental Cala Vinas. Although that hotel I would say is better for families.

It is close to the real tourist entertainment areas like Bierkönig and Schinkenstrasse. This can be practical, but also means that you can hear some music from the outside - depending on where your room is located. We had a small room in the main building which was more old fashioned. Our request to be with pool view was fulfilled - still the room was only on first floor and therefore darker. Also the air conditioning was not as strong as needed to cool it down.

Really excellent friendly and attentive staff. The place is like a small "oasis" between all the new white same-looking hotel blocks at Playa de Palma. Pool area was great with 2 options, palms and enough chairs. Other guests were a good mix of couples, families and youth travellers. The main more-historic building has been nicely extended with lower level additional accommodations with more modern rooms. Food and buffet were extraordinary good - high variety and clean dining area inside and outside.

We bought an all-inclusive package, but upon arrival, we got to know that this is a so-called "soft" all-inclusive. That means we still have to pay for alcoholic drinks in the bar with 50% discount and have up to free 3 drinks allowance during lunch/dinner. Not a big deal for us, but it's still good to know.

Good location, just 5 minutes from the beach. A lot of stores are nearby. The food was great and varied. Live show every night, some of which were pretty good.

Room needs improvement. Shower old and needs replacing. Not alot of room to get around the bed. No where near as nice as the Barcelo in Gran Canaria. Entertainment was mainly in German. Nothing in English.

All the staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was good, too. I loved the fact that you had a pool where you were able to swim lengths. I swam every morning 🌄. The rooms were spacious with a good-sized balcony.
