Dirty and sandy floors every day even after mentioning to housekeeper and reception that the floor was dirty when we checked in !

This is our fourth stay over a few years. Price keeps getting higher, it’s gotten pretty steep over the last couple years and we’re pretty sure it’s not worth it anymore so this is most likely our last stay. We we keep getting worst rooms, farther away from the bars/pools and this year not even a balcony to hang out. The “all in” package is ok but beverages are mostly from bulk or low cost brands. The food is good but gets repetitive fast. The hotel is well maintained overall but its starting to show it’s age and feeling somewhat outdated in some places.

The staff are the highlight for sure, from the animators to the general workers we got mostly warmth and a sense of wanting to help, staff feels proud of their work and the hotel is a well oiled and run machine. Overall this is a cool stay for families but ….

We didn't like the price of the park and also the security of the park, we find in the dinning room the Ketchup out of dated! There are to many people in the resort! We think the resort is more near the beach! The builds are not well identify!

We liked the breakfast and also the dynamic of the hotel, the staff are very friendly!

We went as a couple to relax, but its more of a family / kids/ activities hotel, so not so kuch what we were looking for, but the hotel was very nice.

It is a massive hotel that is very crowded. Also we had problems with the room service because we had to complain to have our room done.

Entertainment for adults and kids was very good. Also the variety of restaurants in the hotel.

Too much people in the hotel, that makes very noisy and confuse, in every places we did go, that includes the meals.

The food was ok, not great but ok. It’s a fun place to be. The staff, at least the majority was ok.

Dinner too late when you have kids. We only had breakfast and dinner and only having dinner at 8pm is very late.

I had booked the hotel because it had a football pitch, tennis court and other activities for older teenagers. At the time we went there were no other teenagers to play with so sadly those activities were not up and running. Not a problem with the resort itself just the timings I guess. I am a light sleeper so I found the thin curtains a problem because the street lights were glaring through all night. Subsequent places we have since stayed in have thick, black out curtains. However the beds were really comfy and the rest of my family slept really well.

The pool was fabulous, really huge. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make people comfortable and to ensure they had a good time. The food was very good lots of variety.

Joint single beds. Several items in the room, in disrepair (chief among then the dreadful soap dispensers)

Wasn’t really a vibe, they had plenty of activities, etc, but everything full short in terms of an authentic experience, considering everything on hand to make our stay lovely. I would reccomend for peeps that want to lay by a pool, and not have to think of anything.

huge hotel. so huge one can get lost (including children) and most of its facilities (restaurants, bars, pools, etc) were closed during our stay. On check in they could give us more information about what is open and what is closed.

we have had better food in other 4 star fully inclusive hotels. it is advertised as having several restaurants but only one was open even though it was extremely busy on Friday and Saturday the pool bar was only open on Friday and Saturday so all drinks had to fetched from main bar.

bright spacious and airy the fully inclusive drinks and nibbles were very good there was something for everyone plenty of sun beds and umbrellas

food was boring. we went in with breakfast and dinner, but had medical issues and didnt really eat every day. Still, there was variety, but mostly all the same. Boring.

Good room, good facilities. Food was ok, not great. we had medical issues during our stay, so did not use the facilities as expected we will go back again.
