Some of the staff were not particularly friendly and seemed to be too much trouble when asked anything. Limited bar menu.

There is work going on to up date the property which is good, the WiFi was good. Some of the staff were really helpful.

None really. Pillows were very soft. could be more harder.

Room needs upgrading but very clean and good service. A/C working well. The Bide was a bonus. Floors are wood which is better than carpet. Great. Room with Balcony.

A lot of work was being carried out, so it was noisy in the morning. And because our room was at the end next to the scaffolding, we had bits of masonry fall on our balcony. I believe that it's a temporary thing and the hotel did have signs up to apologise. Otherwise, we would have given it 10 out of 10!

Pool was fantastic. Room very clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast. The hot wasn't hot and the cold wasn't cold. 3 beds were squeezed into the room, so you couldn't use the door to the balcony. It's in a residential area, so no amenities near by. Quite a walk to anything. Didn't really cater for the english. The shower was cold even if you ran it for ages

The pool and pool area were lovely. The hotel itself had some lovely features and has the potential to be an amazing hotel. Just needs a few tweaks

Greeting on arrival wasn't very friendly, there is only one person on the desk, and they have to also serve the bar. They have no support, it seems. They need 2 people during the busy times. They seem to have 2 at breakfast, but it's self service and quiet. They should help on reception in my opinion. The manager wasn't around much at all, I think I saw him twice during our 4 night stay. The pool is not adults only! The steps in the pool are dangerous, as they come out of the ground on one side when you leave, so could fall backwards. Our rooms balcony door was coming off hinges, the bathroom door was warped and hard to close, the wardrobe door hinge was faulty, therefore making the drawers hard to open. Air conditioning leaking. Nothing major, and it's under refurbishment, but don't let those rooms out. We had a power cut in our room, fuse box didn't sort it, plug socket was crackling, so our box was turned off that night and the next day we were moved to a different room. Which was much better, cleaner, updated, and we were given complimentary breakfast then next morning. The next morning someone was in our old room!!!! I saw the manager when I was in reception and asked him why that room was occupied again, nothing had been fixed, it was a Sunday. He said it was because of the water.. Rubbish electricity fault.. Very dangerous. The man on the staff night shift was an absolute star, he helped us with the electrics, nothing was a problem for him. The other girls were nice and helpful too, but if they had help, they would be happier.

The pool area was nice and quiet most of the time during our stay.. Then staff eventually, not on arrival.. There is a reason for that I think The beds were amazing, so comfy

Couldn’t access balcony, but this was emailed before so I knew . But no price reduction. Also no tea/ coffee making facilities in room.

The bathroom door wouldn't close properly (the latch was loose) but we didn't mind. It could easily be fixed. Other than that, we would defo stay here again!

Lovely little hotel with a pool that was rarely busy. Our room was clean (no bugs) and the bed was SO comfortable. The hotel staff and cleaning staff were really welcoming and wonderful. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station which meant we walked loads and that was a great way to get some exercise in. The hotel was also close to the beach and a ton of incredible restaurants.

Beds were on wheels and if you wanted to make one bed out of two they will go apart

First and foremost is the Staff. Super helpful and friendly. Paco and javi in cafeteria embody the Spanin warm hospitality. Darius on front desk helpful and courteous. Great location and Rooms. Right across the street from Paddle and tennis courts.

They are doing renovations but that can’t be helped. I was put in a room far from any noise so wasn’t affected.

It really isn’t accessible by train to get to Barcelona and it takes nearly an hour using public transport. Uber and Taxi’s worked for us as a group of 4 splitting the costs.

Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona.

There was a lot of construction so we couldn't access the rooms deck overlooking the pool area. There were signs of wear around the room and bathroom, but nothing substantial. The area looks a bit rough to the non native eye, but it's actually fine and there are multi million dollar homes just a block away. It is in a school zone though so watch out for morning traffic.

This hotel was a rare surprise after we were delayed returning home thanks to the energy crisis in Portugal and Spain this week. I luckily got the last room and despite having concerns about the area, we liked it a lot. 3 blocks to the beach where there were plenty of beach bars right on the sand. A wonderful walk on the boardwalk really made our delay worth it.

Building works ongoing but understand they need to be done. Lack of food after breakfast as no shops/restaurants nearby.

Clean, cheap and near the tennis club. Staff were really helpful.

Quiet location 15 minutes from the airport. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Walls are thin so you can hear the neighbouring rooms moving chairs etc but was ok
