Nice and clean, matched the pictures. Had all facilities needed. Lady who let us in was super friendly and provided a lovely treating for our trip. Location was central to the old town which worked really well for us. Had a good nights sleep as bed was comfy, blinds were black out and could not hear the street noise. Aircon also good.

The pillows aren't the best and the bathroom door left a gap when closed. Fine for a couple, maybe less so if separate.

Rocio checked us in and was brilliant. Gave us recommendations and was flexible to meet us after a delayed flight. Location is perfect for the old town. Great shower, generally comfy bed and the separate living room to the bedroom is great. The air con was a God send in 40 degrees heat.

Broken stool in living area. It would have been really helpful to know which bus stop to get off on arriving in Bilbao from airport.

Location was brilliant right in the centre of the Old Town within walking distance to great restaurants, museums and bars. Rocio was so helpful, giving us recommendations for places to eat nearby.

The hosts were great and helped us during our stay. They even gave us a lift to the airport when we couldn't get a taxi due to the europa league final! If we come to Bilbao again we would definitely stay here again.

The door to the balcony was broken so we couldn’t open it. Also we didn’t have cellular service so explicit directions from the Metro would have been great. We got bad directions from someone around for 45 minutes trying

Very good position with all services close at hand: cafes, restaurants, grocery shops, shops, etc. The room was comfortable, cosy and cleaned. The kitchen is equipped with anything you need to cook. Big shower. Nice view on the casco viejo central roads. The host was always available on WhatsApp for anything we needed and gave us useful informations for our stay.

If you don’t get on with earplugs you might be woken in the night by noise from the street. The bed is firm - but everyone has different mattress tastes.

Great location. Lovely welcome from our host. Lots of good recommendations for places to eat, drink and enjoy Bilbao. Well appointed and attractive small apartment with nice touches like leaving us coffee pods, good toiletries etc. Also thoughtful option of earplugs to cope with street noise if needed in the lively old quarter - but in fact we didn’t need them and slept really well in the comfortable bed. There is no air conditioning and no fans. The host offered ear plugs to deal with the noise of keeping the windows open but that is not an option to keep light out if you want to sleep. Even a standing fan would be helpful.

It’s a great small apartment for two. Very clean with coffee supplied. We enjoyed our down time from the Camino here.

Perfect and pretty location. Staff were outstanding, great communicators and flexible. They helped with our luggage when we had arrived early which we really appreciated. Comfortable stay and easy stay. Would definitely stay again. Great place to base yourself in Bilbao to explore the old town and lovely walk to Guggenheim along the river. Thanks again!
