No toiletries given besides a tiny container of hand soap. No towels for the pool. Laundry facilities very expensive. Have to reserve for lunch and dinner to eat at the connected restaurant.

So much to do: Pool, slides, racquetball, splash pad, HUGE gym with modern clean equipment. Lots of adorable cows in the attached forest. Parking was easy and included in price. View was breathtaking!

The cabins are quite cozy. We were pleased that we came at the end of the season because we had a decent amount of privacy and it was quiet. The staff were also quite lovely.

A cute, quiet cabin. Nice facility, super helpful check in person, loved the spa! Good to see how the Spanish spend their vacation. Looks like it would be a huge party in the summer.

Ideal location, just off the motorway. Parking outside your cabin. Clean, modern and comfortable accommodation. Dog friendly. All mod cons, including a coffee machine. Restaurant on site, reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again 😊

The bungalow is new and very cute but the distribution makes it to have a very small main bedroom and bathroom. The main bedroom (with a double bed) was extremely narrow, the bed fitted there but there was not much space around it. The bathroom too, very very small, I felt like if I was in a caravan more than in a bungalow.

The bungalow is very cute and well equipped. The pool area of the camping is very big and well maintained. We really enjoyed the spa.

The restaurant promised to be open on 26th of JAN, we booked but it did not open at the end so we had to cook after the whole heavy week. Also, we went to book the big pool, at 3.30 pm and the pool was already fully booked except 7.30 pm which is too late! We went at 5.30 anyway as we visited Berga resort because of the pool mainly, but it was so full on Friday evening that we could not swim. We just stayed at the angle of the big pool, we felt cold and we wanted to move to the small pool where the water is warm for u to get warmth, but there man in the small pool ( with 3 kids only in the whole pool) did NOT allow us to get in the small pool. So, we were disappointed. Sorry to say this but I came to relax and not to cook 3 times per day because there is no restaurant and because the pool was full every Friday.

The fitness and the bungalow

Workers were very loud after 22.00, daily, having very loud chats and disrespected asks to go a bit quieter. The trucks with draining duties and stuff are very loud from 8am and after 22.00. SPA is shared with locals who consider this as another opportunity to gather and having another “party” (latest SPA session from 19.00). Also not working one of the spa rooms, not heating stones or water at the pool was very fresh. The dogs from the village in front were barking 24/7 and the resort, of course, has nothing to do with it, but overall if you are looking for a quiet getaway or prefer to go to sleep before 1am or waking up after 8am this probably won’t be your choice. Dogs additional fee 11 euros a day. Resort charges 100 euro as a deposit, but if all is good after your stay they will return it to you accordingly. I was staying at the bungalow.

Clean, kitchen set, hot water, and quality overall of the bungalow set; location in between of all, easy to reach, even a walking distance, plenty of hiking. Really good stuff, very nice and welcoming stuff, willing to assist.

Not fully cleaned shower (with some visible small hair from previous visitors) + no shower gels or things like that… The biggest disappointment- the property guard tried to come into our house at around 22 o’ clock (came to the doors and tried to unlock them, not sure why as it was obvious that someone is staying there).

The resort is near the highway. Children playground was very old and nothing really about it and the new playground wasn’t open still… We started at bungalow 25 and it was superior but it was so hot inside from the late morning till literally very early morning. the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly though I tried any options but the bedrooms were super hot. children couldn’t sleep and I couldn’t sleep well because the mattress is just very very thin and pillows are very flat and hard. Nights were very tough. Other thing was the fireworks and noise till midnight first day of our arrival. It was San Juan and we left Barcelona beach where we live just to avoid it and to have a possibility to stay away from this firecrackers and fireworks due toddlers I have and the dog who is scared to death. People were also complaining that they go to this secluded area to rest and many there were with babies and dogs too.

I only liked the water area for children there and the little supermarket that saved our trip.

staff was not friendly, we were given a non clean room when first checked in, had to wait more than 3 hours for a baby crib which we paid for, we were not given information during check in on the facilities opening hours (pool, supermarket, etc.)
