One tiny thing, the kitchen has operation hours, bear that in mind if you need to leave early or getting back late. Also, would have been nice to have a few more things like sieve or a bigger pot.

I am that type of traveller who reads all the comments. This accommodation has a somewhat “bad” reputation, there are homeless people reading the codes, getting in the building, its in bad area, has plastic in the windows and who knows what else. Well, these are not true! 1. You could not wish for better area! Nice, quite street, very close to everything. 2. There are no homless people peeking and using the code to get into the building. To be fair, I have not seen a single homless person in Bilbao. 3. Yes, there is a plastic in front of the window, but if you think about it, even giant hotel chains would not allow you to open the window mainly for security reasons as well as having the AC on is not the smartest move. 4, Overall, go ahead and book this place, they are nice people with decent rooms. My first interaction was about my payment and my issue got resolved within minutes without hassle, I was not expecting them to do what they did and once I realised, I felt very grateful. Thank you once again!! Also, we arrived half an hour early because my son was insisting to go and see if we can get into the romm and we could.

Bunk beds were a bit noisy and difficult to get into top bunk

The location was perfect for what we wanted, very close to the railway station and plenty of restaurants. Room comes with a key fob to access the front door so no codes needed. Basic and cheap exactly what we expected.

The room was really clean, and there was an air conditioning which was working well. And Muhammed who is working there, was really friendly and helpful.

Overall no big problems. Having to make your own bed (especially after arriving late at night) was inconvenient. The kitchen closes at 8.30pm - it could've been useful to use to fill up my water bottle or put things in the fridge on arrival but not a big problem.

I checked in late at night but the host gave me very specific, detailed instructions for how to enter the building and room which was useful. The AC unit was much needed, the shower worked well, and despite the kitchen being closed there's a vending machine you can buy drinks from.

Not easily found on foot. Lots of side streets that all look the same.

What a find! We loved this hostel. Spacious room with a comfortable sofa and fantastic power shower. The kitchen was a welcome addition meaning we could have our morning tea and porridge 😀 Good instructions ahead of the stay and helpful staff.

Why is it not explained in the Reservation Process that there has to be a Internet Password entry! I do not have a Smart Phone or carry the Internet with me on the Trips! Such a problem when arriving very late after a Transport Connection Problem to find there is no active reception. Something I will consider in the future when I am booking my Accomadation.

That I found the Accomadation due to a helpful passenger on the Train. The trains were in disarray so after a very long Journey, it was nice to get in the Property easier than I imagined.

We were a bit worried after reading some of the reviews, but our experience was very positive. Great location. We felt secure and the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We did have to make our own beds, but this is normal procedure in many hostels and not a problem.

Walls are as if made of paper - you hear evey little noise your neighbours make. Pretty uncomfy bunk beds making a lot of noise with any movement. General uncozy feeling of hostel (even in a double room with private bathroom) which is ok, but in peak season feels overprised.

It was all fine, especially for the low cost.

No fuss check in, good communication from the hostel telling us what to do. Really quiet room, good location, decent beds.

It was a lot of dust in the room, the dresser drawer was broken and fallen. The fridge smelled so bad!

You can self check in at any time. The location is very close to the city center! They give you new bed sheets.
