Reviews of Hotel Boutique Bodegas De Arnes - Adults Only 2 stars

We were impressed by the tasteful, traditional decor in the property. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom tiled beautifully. We received a warm welcome from Reiner who was a pains to make sure we had the best advice about places to visit and how to make the most of the property’s facilities. We opted to eat at the property on two nights and enjoyed excellent meals on both occasions. All in all Reiner and Angel made our stay with them memorable.

Nothing - would recommend without hesitation.

Friendly hosts, excellent food (we had both dinner and breakfast and we recommend both, they were superb), comfortable room. The house is beautiful and we loved our stay there.

Great Staff, Super frienly and helpful, it was like staying with good freinds!

Bathroom facilities could be improved.

The owners are extremely friendly and will do anything to make your stay pleasant. Angel even helped us with hand drawn maps for the hiking areas

It was in the very small things that we noticed that the owners do not necessarily have a background in hospitality. But their kindness made up for that

The position just off the main road was great for us - we wandered around Graus then 5 minutes and we were there. The hotel is in a beautiful old 17C building which has been lovingly and tastefully renovated. The food was out of this world and Ryner and Angel’s attention to detail was mind boggling. The views from the garden and bedrooms were amazing.

I think they need to invest in an outdoor seating area - he had plans for a pool, but I think given cost constraints; a nice decking area with loungers / tables etc and maybe an offer of eating outside occasionally when weather permits. I found the dining room lovely but dark ( and I accept they had to be to protect from heat and cold before we had climate control in our buildings).

I love these quirky hotels. It so different to the normal hotel with good attention to detail and the guests staying. I will return.

We love this place! It's our second time after first staying in 2022. The roads are amazing for motorcycling, quiet and twisty - just how we like them. It was 40 degrees on our last visit so we didn't get to see the local sights but this time we visited the ancient bridge, stunning basilica & the Buddhist temple. The accommodation is great, really lovely, excellent aircon, very comfortable bed, brilliant hospitality from Reiner and stunning food from Angel that's better than any restaurant I've eaten in.

Absolutely nothing if I am honest, but I joke with Reiner that it could only be improved with the addition of a swimming pool (in their future plans) and a few pet goats!

Beautiful room with all comforts. Reiner was the most attentive host full of ideas for places to visit. The bed was very comfortable with the very best bed linen. Bathroom was beautiful with spa shower. Food was outstanding. Only the best jngredients sourced locally. The hotel is within easy reach of some of the best places in Northern Spain.

An absolute delight and superb value! There really is too much for my wife and I to inform on the detail of what was so wonderful about our three-night stay. What follows, however, are some important highlights. Reiner was such an accommodating and attentive host. He provided us with incredible insights into, and hand-drawn maps of, the routes and wonderful sites to visit in Ribagorza - and there are many; the oldest cathedral in Spain, for example. The hotel is ideally located near to Graus for just such touring. Our bedroom was very comfortable and well-appointed with tea/coffee-making facilities. Now...the food! Where to begin? The breakfasts were plentiful, of great quality and varied. The evening meals were of a five-star gourmet standard, every night. All were lovingly prepared by Angel - he is an extraordinarily skilful chef and so creative with his ingredients! And the ingredients all were of the highest quality. Imagine a wondrously delicious chocolate basket filled with cherries, not so. It was filled with pumpkin, and the resulting taste was..... stunning! Both Reiner and Angel are passionate providers and users of seasonal locally-sourced and organic foodstuffs, and the beers and wines also are of the highest available quality. In conclusion, we cannot recommend highly enough the facilities and resources provided - and - the bonus of no children, well, hoorah for that! We shall be back for sure!! We got great guidance on places to go and routes to take by car. We visited superb sites that we would never have known about without the owners help.

We preferred to eat dinner in restaurants in the area. Also the hotel was further from places in the Pyrenees that we wanted to visit on day trips.

The restaurant was amazing! Fantastic food! The room was cute and comfortable. Neat 4 shower head shower. Was given a free room upgrade.

The hotel itself was good not great,,, the food was exceptional apart from the Desert I had ,,, so overall we probably return though It was a bit pricy . .

Work needed outside

The food at Bodegas de Arnés is truly exceptional, each dish expertly prepared and perfectly presented by Angel, the chef, using fresh and local ingredients. Both Angel and Reiner, who run the hotel, were so friendly and welcoming and made our stay feel like staying with friends. They gave us a lot of advice and information about places to visit in the area. The room was designed in an original way, with a Moroccan theme. We had three balconies, each with a mosquito screen. There is outdoor seating in the garden with great views. Ample parking. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. Altogether a very enjoyable stay!

Nothing to not like.

Attention to detail and friendly manner of the owners was brilliant. Food excellent. Provided a secure building for storage of our bicycles.
