The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful, especially Diego and a lovely front desk agent lady who helped me with my luggage. Their manager Veronica is top-tier when it comes to hospitality and is very hands on which is amazing to see nowadays. They have the cutest little breakfast plate setup too!

So there is a staircase to negotiate with your luggage before reaching reception and the lift on the 1st floor. Forewarned is forearmed so wasn’t a problem for us but could be restrictive for older customers.

Great old building. Our room looked over the square which was great. Beds super comfy. Nice bathroom. Rooftop terrace a bonus with good views. Staff really friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was fabulous and convenient (and worth the extra cost). Our room was incredibly spacious with a balcony that overlooked the busy square. We were nervous the noise from the square would be heard from the room but we couldn’t hear a thing! The room was immaculate and comfortable and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful! We would definitely stay again.

Missed not being able to stay longer.

It's a very unique experience. We were welcomed by Veronica, a very dedicated and special person. The hotel is exceptionally well located and unique, and we were informed beforehand about every step to get there. Our room was clean, well decorated, silent, comfy bed, with a balcony to the square. Shower is very good, bathroom lighting too. Veronica helped us to book a restaurant nearby and gave us great tips.

You must walk up two flights of stairs to reach reception. There is a lift to the floors. There is no onsite parking- the nearest garage is about a 4 min walk. The hotel has a smoky smell that is pervasive. The tv is not a smart tv so channels are limited.

Well located in the central town plaza. The room was quite large with a separate sitting room. There is a beautiful terrace on the top floor where you can take your own wine or coffee and enjoy the view. Breakfast is available for an additional cost.

Not really the fault of the hotel but it is an old building. Reception and the lift are on the first floor. This is accessed from street level by a staircase so you need some mobility. The staff are very helpful in giving a hand with the luggage up and down the stairs.

Location is excellent. I would also recommend going up to the roof top space. Despite being on what is probably the busiest square in Toledo the room was very quiet. The glassed in veranda helps reduce noise and the door from the room to the veranda is double glazed which means the room is very quiet.

*The mattress sheet had stains and hair on it. It was obvious that it wasn’t clean, so we slept on top of the sheet.

The location was excellent. Veronica was so helpful she managed to book us train tickets when we could not do this on our phones, she could not do enough for us. The roof terrace is a wonderful place to find some calm in a busy city. The room was quiet

IThe hotel is located by a plaza full of restaurants It was quite noisy all night during weekend.

Grteat location, very comforyable to walk to all the major attrqactions. The staff was nice. The bathroom was very big anfd the shower was great.Many good restaurnats nearby.

I travel with a lot of toiletries and there was not a lot of room for such things.

The location in the central Zocodover Square was perfect! The facility is a small boutique hotel with a lovely rooftop terrace overlooking the square and beyond. Although the hotel was located on the central square, the hotel room was very quiet. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, airy and comfortable. A small enclosed balcony allowed me to watch the Holy Week processions. The couch was the most comfortable hotel couch I have ever encountered. The staff provided me with an electric kettle to make tea in my room. My huge bathroom was gorgeous with a modern, sleek interior. An in room safe and a small refrigerator were nice touches. The staff (Veronica, Diego and Max) were exceptional! All were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!
