Superb 2 bed/2bath apartment with an amazing terrace, opposite the Mercado and tram station and in the centre of our favourite place to visit, Alicante. About a 20 minute stroll to the beach. The apartment itself is modern, well equipped, has the best Air conditioning in each room. The beds are the most comfortable I have had in a rental and the other furnishings were all lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again. The instructions/communications and ease of check in made it so stress free. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within 5 minutes of the apartment, with the busier centre being literally 10 minutes walk away.

The location was excellent. The air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area was brilliant during the intense heat. The balcony was lovely to sit out on during the day with the chairs provided. The apartment was very spacious and quiet at night time. I would definitely return!

Perfect location walking distance to everywhere. 2 balconies, clean modern flat, comfortable bed, great air conditioning upstairs and downstairs. Safe and secure and quiet. Christina was v welcoming and lovely, would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location was perfect, everything you needed within a 5 minute walk. The apartment had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the sun go down.

It was very comfortable, cosy, fully equipped with two big terraces with a nice view to the sea.In a quiet place just opposite the market. There were 900 meters to the beach but the walk was very nice.. I do recommend it. Beata .

Being on the top floor was so much fun, the apartment was huge and had everything we needed. The location is right in the middle of town opposite a fabulous market, there are bakeries and a supermarket just nearby. The balconies were a great space when it was cool to have your own time. Very close to walk down to the esplanade/beach but you were away from the really tourist area enough to feel removed from it. The host who welcomed us was so friendly and gave us great information. Having a washing machine was fantastic. We just loved it. We could walk everywhere so easily and it was a comfortable walk to the train station for us. Thankyou.

I had a great stay at Apartamento Alfonso X. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and modern, and nothing beats the living room terrace! Full-size kitchen is equipped with all the necessary features and appliances for complete cooking experience. Coffee machine is provided as well. There was also plenty of prepared ice in the freezer that I appreciated a lot. Cristina, the host, was very helpful throughout my entire stay. She kindly accommodated my very late arrival and helped me secure the bags after a check out. The location is very central and only a few minutes walk from the beach or El Corte Inglese. I would love to go back soon!

I liked absolultely everything about my stay!

Everything was really ok, including the dialogue with Cristina. Great location and great terrasses.

I don't like elevators ( lifts) where you can't see the most recent and next service date visualised.

Beautiful apartment with a nice big terrace in a great location

Location is perfect, spacious apartment with all you need. Huge outdoor area for a city center apartment. Host is lovely very fast to respond with clear info and instructions

Each room has its own air con control. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes and suitcases. Although there were no spare kitchen cupboards for food, there were plenty of utensils. Lots of room in the fridge/freezer. Lovely apartment, right in a central location. There was a protest on the street below when we were there. When we shut the doors, we could only hear very minimal noise.

After using the shower in the ensuite, we could smell damp.

Excellent location, apartment very comfortable, balcony with sun loungers, and tables and chair, would def return and recommend.
