Door locks were confusing at first…after being shown how the work…all good

Location was a little further from Old Town than expected but was certainly doable….Nice room, beds comfy, bathroom good. An electric jug in the room would have been a great asset. Good stay overall.

Directions to get to the property would be useful. Google maps sends you too far down the street. The staff seemed to know this, but didn’t bother mentioning it in advance 🤷

The bed was a little hard, but surprisingly slept quite well.

Great location, easy to find. And very easy self-checkin. They provided step by step instructions (with pictures) how to access the place. VERY HELPFUL and I applaud them for doing this.

Soundproofing in the rooms is awful. We could hear the phone vibrating from the room next door! So of course could hear every little thing all night!

Centrally located so makes it easy to get to most things.

The lock for the luggage room needs a little attention but this is a small issue.

the only thing that I didn’t like was the lack of locker inside of the room. you can only close the door with a key, even when you are inside.

Room had a bad odor, like body odor. There were plug in air fresheners but didn’t really cover up the smell. Shower didn’t drain so the pan overflowed on to floor after a few minutes in the shower. Entire room was tile floor that was not clean, I kept shoes on the whole time I was walking in the room. Linens were very thin, and towels were rough and smelled like industrial cleaner. I question validity of good reviews because our experience wasn’t the same at all. When I sent message to property about issues and that we’d be checking out a day early there was no reply. I sent a second message asking for confirmation that they knew we had checked out and simply got a response “ok”.

Not much.

This property is room only however it is in the middle of Logroño town with many coffee shops, bars and cafes on your doorstep. Our room was spotless and was cleaned daily. It has a nice shower room and has a flat screen tv. Also very welcome is a ceiling fan, as are the blackout shutters which can be left down during the day still allowing air to flow whilst leaving the windows open. The room is very secure with a locked downstairs door, then another to the landing with our room and finally the room itself. The beds are firm but comfortable and once the windows are closed you can't hear a thing. The reception staff made us welcome supplying us with a town map suggesting places to visit. The property is just a 10 minute walk to the world famous calle de laurel and the not so famous but just as good if not better as only the Spanish seem to know about it calle san juan.

People going to the other rooms had to open two doors. The locks and keys are very noisy and kept us awake. There was no help from staff to get our bags to our rooms. The room looked out onto a small rectangular area overlooking other apartments and was overlooked by them so the outdoor shutters had to be kept closed.
