Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI was servery bitten which I thought it was bed bugs the staff automatically thought it was mosquito bites which i know it wasn't but they moved us into a room straight away which we were thankful for.
We didn't really have breakfast as we ate out its 10 euros for all you can eat but there is not alot to choose from. The location is in a good place 15 min walk to the strip/habour

Generally everything that we understood we would have whilst staying at the hotel and whilst the hotel was having some upgrade works done whilst we were at the hotel, these works did not effect any part of our stay.

United KingdomI was a bit puzzled by the provision of tea & coffee-making facilities, they were available on request but when I asked for some I was given one sachet each of tea, coffee and sugar, I asked for milk but was told "we don't have milk" which I found hard to believe for a hotel - disappointing really.
Clean, comfortable with a good choice for breakfast, reasonably priced bar food, great aircon and a powerful shower. A bonus was the bus stop to the airport which is right outsde the hotel, cost e4.60 and takes about 15-20 minutes, miles cheaper than a taxi for a solo traveller. Very quiet at night.

Reception Staff very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Our room was also ready really early which meant we could drop off things before going onto town. Bathroom obviously new as immaculate. Also wonderful to have parking at no extra cost.

PolandThe staff was not always nice and polite. The restaurant keeper lady kept on asking multiple times whether we had purchased the breakfast and what room are we staying in, questioning the accuracy of my name against the records which is highly impolite and unprofessional. Secondly, the housekeeping staff entered the room and insisted on cleaning despite having the "do not disturb" sign on the door.

United KingdomRooms only have bath tubs. After a bad accident slipping when exiting a bath tub in the past, I have an aversión against bathrooms without walk-in showers. You should add a hand rail for support by the bath tub.
Other than a comfortable chair to sit on in my room, there was also a very comfortable armchair to relax in. I like the rooms very much. Very polite, helpful staff. Adequate breakfast. Unfortunately renovations were still going on, although I was informed that they would be completed soon. I will be returning soon to check out the completed renovations. I really do like this hotel.
