How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The only negative experience I had was being woken up by (no doubt drunken) guests slamming doors and shouting at 3.00 am. (The night staff seem to be based at Anibal next door.) This was only the one night, and is hardly the first time I've experienced this in Sant Antoni!
Certainly one of the better budget hotels I've stayed at in Ibiza. Good sized room with a balcony looking over the mountains. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Good bar & restaurant at the neighbouring Hostal Anibal, with food and drinks at reasonable prices. Great location, near local shops and facilities, and much quieter than staying in central St Antoni.

For the money it could look even better, terrible WiFi
The room was small with a fan, if there was no fan it would not be possible to stay there, I appreciate the large terrace and seating area, cleaning every day

I could have stayed longer.
Nice room with balcony overlooking a quite street. Had the sun on the balcony most of the afternoon. Bathroom was a good size for me with shower over a bath.

Door or windows slamming in staircase/reception during night when was windy. A water pump (probably) turning on every few minutes for a few seconds on the roof of a neighboring building. During the day it did not disturb, but at night it was quite audible. In general I would come back :)
Room itself very good and tidy for a two-star hotel. Friendly staff in reception and also cleaners.

No fridge or tv in the room and balcony doors were locked closed so could not get out there
The room was ok for what I wanted for a quick 3 night stay. It was quite but maybe that was because it was out of season. Shower over a bath and they had plugs for the bath and sink. Plenty of hot water. WIFI was free and worked ok.

It was a bit old and the pool wasn’t great but again if you are coming for a cheap stay to not stay in the room
Very very basic accommodation but it was very cheap compared to prices around Ibiza and we wasn’t spending any time in the room really anyway. Beds were clean and perfect location to San Antonio

Wi-Fi was bad all five days. We had to go next door to Anibal for connectivity

The rooms was very dated it had a very clean bathroom but the facilities were very old fashioned it was difficult to have a shower as it was a just a mixer and wouldnt stay in the shower holder so I had to hold it. There was a big hole in the wall.
Friendly staff comfy bed. Had a lovely breakfast in the hotel bar located next door. Pool was lovely and clean but the seating area around it wasn't very clean

There was nothing I didn't like. It's a very good basic hotel which was perfect for our stay
Location is very good. In the middle of most things in San Antonio. There's a pool and it was clean.

We weren’t aware of the extra charge for aircon which was annoying, but not expensive.
Located 10 minutes from Lumbini Park and great value for money. We were served breakfast everyday (even to the room when I couldn’t get out of bed because I was ill!)

No lift in Can Jurat so I had to lug two suitcases up two flights of stairs with a sprained ankle. The receptionist helped me when I asked him, though. But he took the smaller suitcase because he said he'd hurt his arm : / This would be a living hell for a person on crutches or with a mobility issue. It's easy to make friends in Ibiza but there are no cooking facilities in the rooms like in Vibra Hotels.
Let me use the hairdryer and are reasonably flexible on most issues on the whole.

This property wasn’t the best but!! I did go into hostel Anibel next door and they allowed me to change to their hotel for a small fee . The Hotel Anibel was really good
