Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was a bit of noise from a couple of nightclubs on the street around 3-4am.
Simple place, comfortable bed, clean and excellent location. Very close to the centre of the town. Took advantage of the discount for parking in the Saba parking which was less than 10 minutes walk. Free parking available up on the hill too.

Not far an open night bar (music t’il 3 am). Not bad for me (good Windows isolation) but good to be know Support for d’Howell was broken: no possible to have à Handsfree shower. Sully that this Is for fixes. It Cost nothing (€ and tome)

Nobody there at reception, also no breakfast or caffe possible to drink in the morning. But maybe even better. Go down to the beach and drink caffe with great view.
Cadaques is just great place. So charmy, so how hotel can be different. You can park for check inn or out near, all bars and restaurants are in walking distance.

A little bit noisy, thanks to good windows we could sleep, but You cannot open it due to noise. Lack of fridge. To get to hotel with a car You have to leave it 100m before that hotel (stop on the pathway!) and carry all the things to the hotel. The parking (24 Euro per day is 1,3 km from the hotel)

We didn't see any member (only via WhatsApp, but fast to answer) of the hotel, feels a bit like an Airbnb.
Very well located. Free parking is really nice. The room does well the job.

It seems the hotel has poor soundproofing, which is common in older buildings in Spain. I didn’t have any issues with neighbours, but it could be a problem for others.
Easy check-in without keys — the door to the building and room opens with one code sent via WhatsApp and the Booking.com chat. They allowed me to keep my bike in the room, which was very convenient. Great choice for travelers!

The room was not big but very clean and comfortable. The place is centrally located, you can walk to all main places in Cadaqués. The team was kind and always responsive to our needs.

See above it is in the party area. If you are a light sleeper this probably isn’t for you. Unless you are at the party!
On the first night, not having read the reviews, we slept with the window open and it was quite noisy. After that we had the ceiling fan and ac on and kelt the windows closed. We slept well. Our room was clean and well laid out. The location is very convenient for the beach. There was no safe in the room but we felt comfortable about leaving things in the room. The reception was not always staffed but the staff in the restaurant downstairs gave us water and ice whenever we asked. All in all a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

The only downside was that during our first night there was so much noise from people outside the hotel until 5 am, that it was hard to sleep. But understandably not something the hotel could control
Everything was super clean and the location was perfect. It was very central and convenient. The staff was very friendly.

Hard to find initially and difficult to drop off luggage due to not many places to pull over and unload. A map for parking and clear instructions would be better in an email/WhatsApp message translated to English so the host doesn’t have to reply to constant messages about where to go etc.

For late comers, it is better to give them the digital code of the door upon their reaching to the hotel.

Clean, small details taken care of, independence to enter and leave when we pleased, room cleaning service available at a whim. Special mention to the hostess Vanessa, who took care of our parking and admin. We extended our stay for 2 additional nights with no more effort than a quick message. Thank you!

I checked in at 6 PM and checked out at 10 AM without encountering any staff. Fortunately, the kind staff at a nearby bar offered to watch my bag while I retrieved my car the morning I left .There is no elevator and the street was a bit loud at night

Nothing other than no luggage storage, but all is good with early checkin
It was a nice room , a little expensive, but I realized it was higher because it was the weekend. My only complaint was that you are not allowed to leave luggage before the checkin at 15:00. But they actually allowed me into the room early so everything was fine and the room was perfect, with some water and snacks I took the Don Pancho boat from Rose which gets you closer than the bus. I made the mistake of renting an Ebike that needs to be pedaled to work and that resulted in an accident where I fell on my hip and couldn’t walk at all , so I missed my tour at the Dalí house. I am back after going to hospital and all is good, no surgery , just ice and pain medicine prescribed. So same room is cheaper on Sunday night and again, I have been allowed to checkin early. 🙏🙏I highly recommend the hotel for location, value and cleanliness 👍
