Not very clean room, there were shower gel pack left in the bathroom, shower not very clean. We could not open the window as the balcony next to us there was guest constantly smoking and the fumes were going to our room. Breakfast could be served earlier.

As we only had an overnight stay, we couldn’t use the facilities. Beach front hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and nice at the reception.

There were scraps of dirt and crumbs under the bed, presumably they hadn't cleaned there. They did after a couple of days though.

Sea view. Comfortable bed, balcony. I was in Santa Suzanna for a music festival and spent mist of my time there. I didn't use many of Caprici's facilities. P

I asked for a double bed and got two single beds put together. When asked at the reception, was told that this was the double bed for two. There was a noise in our room coming from an exterior ventilation and when asked at the reception was told that it’s normal and it will stop soon. It did but very late and it started again in the morning. We stayed one night, it would’ve been nice to have a good rest. We had a room with the sea view but we got only a tiny view of the sea from the side. It was end of april and there were other possibilities available, unfortunately we were not offered a different option. No warm blankets, in spring with bad weather the room was very cold I had to sleep with my clothes on. I expected a better experience in this hotel.

The location is perfect. Right in front of the sea. We stayed one night. Unfortunately the weather was bad and we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the beach. The breakfast was ok, with a good choices of fruits. There was dinner (buffet) served in the hotel, which was ok as well. Not great but good enough.

Pets are allowed, there was a youth soccer tournament,so there were allot of screaming kids. Breakfast was every day the same.

The area by the pool was very cramped and crowded and the cocktails were absolutely terrible! :) It rained heavily for 2 days, and the ceiling in my room started leaking. As they were fully booked I couldn't get another room, but besides a free diner no compensation was given for the payment for that night which I wasn't very happy with considering you pay quite a bit for the accomodation.

The resort was nice, great location, right on the beach. Breakfast was great and varied. A lot of free parking available. Most of the staff were very friendly.

I was there with my family for the first time and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is located by the sea in a quiet place, pet friendly. Staff very nice and polite, rooms clean, food good and super music in the evening. I recommend this hotel, for sure we will return there.

I wrote about the positives, and now I am writing about the negatives. I always go to 4 star or 5 star hotels and expect to get good service for the money I give The rooms are at the level of a 2-star hotel. It's very dirty, we were on the 5th floor and I said to the cleaning staff, the blankets smell bad, change the bed and pillow please, the bathroom is dirty. You have to tell the employees so that they can clean your room properly. Otherwise, they will just come every morning and put a tissue in your absence and leave.After my protest, both rooms were tidy. Pillows are not comfortable. Rooms need to be renovated. Several young people came to the pool every day without the hotel bracelets. They were not hotel guests. And the calmness of the pool was taken away. And no one had supervision. And the negative point of the pool was smoking and putting towels on the beds for no reason. No one was in the water, not by the pool, but the space was occupied and sometimes we could not use the beds. The points I said were forbidden with a sign, but no one followed them. Rooms can be updated. It should be cleaner. The pool should be supervised. Prohibited people should not enter. Do not smoke. All employees need to be fluent in English. Sometimes, when we were going from the sea to our rooms, the service worker would warn us not to wet here, if this is normal, and an employee should take into account that we have booked a hotel by the sea. Other than these few things, the rest of the service was excellent.

I was very looking forward to writing a review for this hotel, where we stayed for 5 days. There were 4 of us and we had booked 2 separate rooms. The location of the hotel is excellent, quite close to the train station, the 0th and minus 1 floors are quite up to the level of a 4-star hotel. The Dutch employee named Mrs. Susan is excellent and very professional, she works the evening shift, she is fluent in 6 languages and you don't have to worry about providing information, Susan is the diamond of this hotel, the staff is nice and kind and warm. Breakfast and dinner were on our reservation and the variety was excellent. The pool, spa, and seaside bar were excellent. Within a 15-minute walk you will find a supermarket and a small market for shopping. The view facing the sea was very beautiful. The prices of drinks and snacks at the hotel's beach bar were affordable and enjoyable.

Bar lady bit sharp sometimes, though she was very very busy. The juice tasted watered down. Tried to charge when we arrived yet we had pre paid, then we got upgraded to leave at 12, which was fab only to get a call from reception at 11.30 to say we were Kate checking out. Just minor things, which didn't spoil our stay in anyway though .

Perfect set up of facilities, really next to the beach. One of the few locations that are away from the street. The room was básic, but the view excellent. Overall a great experience although the personal in reception was rude, overwhelmed when there was people and clearly not appropriate for the position.

It definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars, but with some improvement, it can earn them. General - The beach bar is too expensive. - If you happen to get a room with a sea view, good luck. Every night, there was loud music in the bar, making it difficult to sleep on some days. - The cleaning lady was literally thrashing rooms while cleaning. It was very loud; it sounded like she was training for a strongman competition rather than cleaning the room. - While the hotel's exterior is charming, some areas inside could benefit from renovating. Room - The BEDS ARE SQUEAKY. I cannot stress this enough. It's not fun when you can hear people in the room next to you moving on the bed in the middle of the night. - The walls are not so thin, but not so thick either. - Towels were not changed every day. During our 8+ day stay, we only got 1 towel change. - There weren't many electrical outlets in the room. - The air-conditioning could use some cleaning; it triggered our allergies. - The TV channel selection was limited, especially for international guests. It would be nice to have a more diverse range of channels. Restaurant - Some staff members were not pleasant at all. - The coffee is a disaster. - Breakfast could use some daily variety; having the same breakfast for 5+ days is not enjoyable. - We were missing fruit for breakfast; there was an abundance of fruit for dinner, but nobody actually ate it. - Some pastries were a couple of days old. - Some dishes that they prepared were really unappetizing. Something may look good, but after the first bite, it can make you sick. - Glasses and plates were always dirty. - If we didn't order drinks with our dinner, we received strange vibes from the waiters. It's as if they were pressuring us to order drinks. - It would be useful to have vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free labels for the dishes. - The tomatoes tasted like Serbian tomatoes grown in a lab in December.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, so we'd like to provide a concise review. General - The location is perfect, as it's just a 3-minute walk from the train station. - Check-in and check-out were effortless. - The beach is so close that you can hear the sea from your room. - Housekeeping serviced our room daily. - We were fortunate to get a room with a sea view, so we didn't hear the train at all. - There is a convenient parking lot behind the hotel where you can leave your vehicle. - There are two large supermarkets, Lidl and Carrefour, within walking distance. - There is a vast beach right in front of the hotel. - The safe was free and incredibly useful. Room - The room was consistently clean. - The curtains were effective in blocking out sunlight. - The air conditioning worked well, even when we were not in the room. - The WiFi was exceptional. - The shower was cleaned daily, and there was always hot water. - The refrigerator in the room was good. Restaurant - Some of the staff members were exceptionally pleasant. - There was plenty of seating available. - The restaurant offered a variety of food choices for dinner.
