We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.

United KingdomThe towels were very small and thin. And no instructions for use of TV, Safe or Alarm!! No advise on local shops, restaurants or Doctor ( should you have an emergency) these are simple and I believe mandatory requirements to have on any holiday accommodation
Great location and the complex that apartment was in was very good, the grounds were very well kept, and the pool bar and staff were lovely

United KingdomMost sparse apartment ever rented. No welcome pack, not even a bottle of water. Only 1 set of towels each. No linen change in 10 days. No staff at the complex. No loungers on balcony, a broken chair,out of the 4 seats on the veranda. Toilet was leaking, floor flooded daily,took til 4th day before it was fixed. No shower mat. Safe in wardrobe but no key,non functioning. Would not rent 651 again nor recommend it.
The apartment was clean, and the complex was spotless and quiet.

United KingdomWe like nothing there. After paying the full amount she charge us 200 euros in ase we will break something.This morning we left the apartment in nice and clean condition. In my Orión she should pay us some compensation.In these holidays some thing happen again water was leaking in the kitchen sink. Then we inform to the owner and she sent plumber and the job was done.I told her that we are on holidays not for moping the floor. Some thing else the television never work. The cleaning lady she sent we asked her about the tv. She said she don’t know anything.
The location was fine.Far away from the town centre.First day when we entre the apartment painter was painting the ceiling.Paint was on the floor every where. We try to clean the floor.When we could not I rang to the owner few times,she did not answer.Then we contact her by message. Then she send two cleaners and they leaned the floor. After few days we had another experience The water heater start leaking 3.30 am. Water was everywhere. We start mopping the floor.In the morning about 9am we report to the owner and explain her.Then she send the plumber at 6pm and the job was done.We were moping the floor all day.
