Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing really, Regina and Antonio were readily contactable to help out if there were any challenges.
Apartment felt like a villa, didn't realise that 3 of the bedrooms have terraces and there is a lovely garden area. Fantastic position, 2 minutes to beach and there are 4 chiringuitos within 10 mins walk. We spent 17 days at Casa de Pedro in April/May and have already booked to come back in August. Recommend for families, there were 8 of us at one point but felt there was enough space that we were not falling over each other.

IrelandThere was also only one key for a house that can sleep 8 people so it makes it difficult when people are coming and going, I would therefore suggest investing in a key lockbox.
The house had everything you could need, very well equipped. It was very clean, 3 of the bedrooms had their own balcony and there is a private garden, 2 bedrooms had aircon and the other 2 had fans. There are 2 push bikes available to use which was super. 1 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the Port with Restaurants on the way and in the Port.

SpainWhen we arrived to the house, we met the agent that works for the owner. He gave us just one key, which was not very convenient knowing that we are a family of 8 adults. After giving us a tour of the house and showing us a couple of things he left and we started noticing that some stuffs didn't work properly and the other ones were not meeting our expectations: 1/ the house ad says that there is air conditioning without clearly specifying which rooms: the living room has an AC that worked very well. But then out of the 4 bedrooms, only 2 had AC (the mastersuit on the upper floor and one of the rooms in the second floor), from which only 1 worked. the other one (the one in the 2nd floor, was totally broken and couldn't be used during our stay). A technician came to fix it but unfortunately told us that the system was broken and that he wouldn't be able to fix it. So we had to deal with extremely hot temperature in the second floor during the day. 2/we had problems with the hot water as well. After 2 persons from my family showered the rest of us had no hot water. a person came to fix it and it seemed to be working again but then a couple of hours later, again, it was broken. after 2 days we finally managed to get the water fixed and had no problems during the rest of our stay. But again, this affected us negatively as we have a 1 year old baby that couldn't get a bath/shower for 48h. 3/in order to seek for a fair compensation (note that the price of the house is considerable, so were our expectations) we contacted Booking notifying them about all these disagreements and they suggested us to get in touch with the owner. after going back and forth, we managed to get a credit refund equivalent to one day of rental, which was not enough as we waited 2 days to get one of the 2 things fixed. Anyway, the overall stay was good but the way the owner dealt with these disagreements will definitely not make us wanting to repeat next summer.
The location of the house is good. It takes a couple of minutes to go to the nearest beach which was very peaceful and not crowded at all. I don't know if we were lucky with that or it's normally like this, but it was amazing to be able to have our own space in the middle of august. There are 3 pools, one of them was out of service due to maintenance, but the 2 others were clean, and also very close to the house (2 of them are near the beach and the other one is inside the residence complex). You will find a couple of "chiringuitos" (beach restaurants) near the residence, where you can eat grilled fish and other typical plates, at a good price and enjoying a good view.
