Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything!!! The location, The breakfast, owner Miguel, the serenity. Miguel is probably the most helpful accommodating host we have ever stayed with. His knowledge of the region and it's wildlife is vast and his recommendations for restaurants and places to visit were brilliant. He also offered advice on the next stop on our journey. He is a credit to his country. Many thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

FinlandBest location to discover Ordesa National Park, and the best host ever. We were planning to stay two nights but got so good suggestions for plans, that had to extend to an extra night. All suggestions were spot on. Would have spent weeks there if possible. Views from the dinning are were a nice plus. Peaceful location.

I had a dinner and breakfast at them, and both of them were very good. My room is basic but was warm. The hotel stands by a lake, less than 10 minutes to Ainsa.

What a place, with views of the lake and mountains it was a beautiful area. We had breakfasts and a dinner whilst there and the home cooked food was excellent. The drinks prices were spectacular and being a small place, we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside after dinner chatting to the other guests, of differing nationalities. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful.

SpainOur stay at Miguel's hotel was amazing. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and Miguel proved to be an exceptionally attentive host, providing us with tips on local attractions and restaurants. The hotel is situated in a quiet corner on the outskirts of a small village, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Particularly impressive was bird-watching in Miguel's small hut nearby. His passion for nature and knowledge of the local fauna made our stay even more captivating. We hope to return here and enjoy this wonderful place and Miguel's hospitality once again.

Stayed one night in a twin room - although not the one featured at the time of booking. Very clean and cozy room rustic decor, with compact bathroom. Very comfortable bed. A real escape into the countryside with open fields a view of the surrounding mountians and a lake. Despite this it is close enough to the town to quickly get to restaurants and bars. Comfortable room and functional bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

Everything was fantastic, yet foremost the owner Miguel. Extremely friendly, foresighted, efficient, full of information, knowledge and direct experience about the history and the wildlife of the area. The room was efficient and practical, quiet, and i absolutely love the dining room view. Each meal was delicious and my dietary requests were attended to and surpassed.
