The bathroom needs a bit of attention …the shower didn’t drain very well and 1 of the handles on the shower screen door was broken a bit. The bathroom sink tap was very loose. The hand towel rail was loose as well. Under the sink was really dirty as we were looking for toilet tissue as there was only half a roll and a bit.

The location was amazing and we loved the history of the building and street. The view over the mountain was really nice. It was quiet too.

Our flight was changed from early in day to very late flight. The hotel was extremely accommodating and made the booking in very easy even though we didn’t arrive until midnight. The room was very clean, beds comfortable. Didn’t have any food during our stay so cannot rate this. We only stayed the one night but give 10/10 for being so helpful

Over powering cleaning product/air freshener in bathroom. Would have been nice to have a kettle. There were plates and cups and a table downstairs but no sign of a kitchen.

The location was great for Camino pilgrims and the electric heaters worked well. The shower stall was very small. The room was dark with one light burnt out and poor lighting by the sink. The double bed mattress sunk on one side so was not very comfortable.

Good location on the Camino. I stayed during a less traveled time so I had the entire place to myself. Easy communication from the host to get in on my own. The heating unit in the room was very helpful since the November nights were getting a little chilly!

The shower is really small. If you just extend it all the way to the wall it would make a huge difference. Plus the toilet was crooked, it felt like you were going to fall off of it.

The location was right on the Camino and close to the edge of town. It was super quiet at night because my room wasn’t on the street. The room was very spacious. Having a plug in the sink was fantastic.

I actually booked the room pictures and for whatever reason, it really didn’t look like the picture. The place was very clean but my room had no toilet paper at all. I had to ask for some from my friendly neighbor!

The shower/ toilet room was very small. Bring your own soap. The host had a very strong air freshener in use that we had to put away or leave.

Very good location in the heart of the old town. We were able to get a nice breakfast across the street at the corner cafe.

The weather - over which they have absolutely no control. The rooms were warm and dry and comfortable!

21 hour airline delay plus. 2.5 hour train delay meant we were exhausted when we finally arrived. They kindly arranged for us to extend our stay one day inorder to get back to a more comfortable schedule.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I thought getting a different room would make a difference but it was actually worse. A very strong mold smell when on the bed, the balcony was not usable and it was one tall narrow window with no screen. Bedding was stained and dingy, no fan or anything to circulate air. Leaving window open meant flies inside.

The location on the Camino is perfect.

We found the bedroom on the ground floor damp, dirty and smelly. The steps within the room leading from the door to the bedroom had cracked tiles and it was not what we had expected. The blanket on one bed was filthy and the mouldy patches on the bathroom walls told their own story. Maybe other rooms upstairs were better. The owner was helpful with advice and information by text. It was the only spot along the Camino where we didn't meet staff.

Building looks nothing like photos. No persons other than me in building. Was very eerie for sleep. Noone even near to assist with problems with tv, heat, other. Auto check in very difficult.
