The entrance to the property was not fit for purpose the car kept catching the floor as it was not ideal to drive over andl looking at the floor many other cars have had the same problem it needs changing

The check in staff were very elusive and very unresponsive especially when the WiFi went down despite phone calls, WhatsApp and email but also pre arrival- I tried to book an extra day every day a week before we arrived- only got a response o. Our travel day after a week of frustration Also there were loads of flies- evidently this was not a surprise but no fly spray or swatters We arrived Sunday pm when all shops were closed but no water in the apartment/ only a shrug from the check in man when we asked for help The safe key was missing- and not replaced during our stay Only a small bar of soap supplied which was like a bit of cardboard Noisy in the morning around 6:00pm as staff?? Arrived or something but woke us up anyway

It would have been nice if they had a few basics in the kitchen. Nothing fancy, but salt and pepper and a few other essentials would have been appreciated.

Lovely clean property with plenty of secure parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a Spar less than a five minute walk away.

The host does not monitor or respond to questions via booking.com app. The phone number provided on booking.com doesn’t work either. The correct phone number (which you need to call on arrival) is: +34 648 247 280. There is a problem with ants. The cleaner tried to help us with this - thank you - but it was a losing battle!

Wonderful location on hill above San Sebastián - sunshine & light all day & amazing views to Tenerife & Mt Tiède. About 20 mins walk up from the main square - & 10 mins down! Local Spar supermarket just 5 mins walk from the apartment, which is well stocked. The furnishings are simple but all we needed. Decent cooker & fridge. The terrace is great & a lovely pool. We appreciated an early check-in. Great value-for-money. The staff were pleasant & helpful.

The Apartments are on a hill, with a pool and done very nicely. We normally stay in the center of town so it was good to experience a different neighborhood of San Sebastian. And it gave us the opportunity to walk more and find the shortcut into town which only took about 10 minutes. The owner was very nice and so was Marcelo who checked us in. And Conti was also very helpful.

Outside area. Nice staff. Be aware that a taxi is a good idea if you arrive by ferry and have heavy luggage. 25 minutes uphill walk from ferry terminal.

It was very clean comfortable and quiet. The views from my apartment were amazing. I watched the sunrise every day.. There was a price to pay for that view.. quite a few steps to get up from the town. A taxi ride costs 6 euros.. .

Some of the properties out front of the complex were extremely unkempt. Initially getting into the complex and checked in was challenging as messages were not returned.

The apartment had everything you’d want. It was very clean and offered beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony.

We had a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee machine with one plug socket in the kitchen to plug them all into!

Good place to relaxe. You should have no Problems to take many steps to the city. Than this place is perfect. Rooms and everything is real good. Will come back.

Severe draft round main door, which made apartment cold, (apartment 1a, top floor, nearest the road). Needs a proper kettle. Apartment wasn't as nice as some of the photos shown, they were for another apartment, a bit misleading. Hooks for jackets would be handy, and a picture or 2 on the lounge walls!

We had no car so walking up and down the hill to the apartment dictated how often we went into San Sebastián. There is a small supermarket nearby which was great for some of our shopping. There was a buzzing sound in the sitting/dining area which ruled out using the pull out bed in that room. Only one key for the gate was frustrating.

Best view ever! Owner is really great and helpful. Well equiped apartment, never had such a good bed matraces in in rental. It was worth to pay extra for upper floor. Greatly recommended

Our apartment was set in a quiet relaxing area. The pool was wonderful with nice sun beds around it.. Maria kept the pool and surrounding areas spotless. She was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our weeks stay very much.
