Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Great location, within short strolling distance of the old town. Across the road from the parks for those early morning walks/runs by the river. Staff were all helpful and polite. We would stay here again.

It has everything you need in a hotel, but does not have the same ‘look and feel’ as the Vincci hotels in Madrid and Valencia (which have a sophisticated boutique ambience) - I would say that this one is more suited to business and coach parties, given the spacious rooms around the hotel and location near major routes. The breakfast room was not at all cosy - large luminous room with no atmosphere.
Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access by car with parking garage, 22 minutes walk to the cathedral, spacious and with everything you need in a hotel including breakfast room, bar and small restaurant. Room was comfortable with good sized bathroom.

Everything was good.
The hotel room was very spacious, large and spotlessly clean, it smelled fresh when we entered. The staff were helpful. The location of the hotel is not exactly in the centre, but you can reach the Roman Bridge on foot in 5-10 minutes depending on your walking speed. You can park for free on the streets around the hotel, which is a great advantage. It is a hotel we will come again when we come to Salamanca again. There are both Lidl and Mercadona just one street parallel to the hotel, this is also an advantage if you need something.

It was the cigarette smell inside and the oldish interior requires some refreshing renovation.
The hotel staff was welcoming and there was a nice fast inexpensive breakfast.

We stayed only for one night so we didn’t have the chance to check all the facilities! Still I would recommend to provide slippers and a free bottle of water inside the room!
Property is very close to the city centre, you can walk or simply drive for a 5 min ride! We had a two connected rooms and it was so clean, comfortable and spacious!

The only thing to comment on is the lack of USB ports in the rooms for charging various devices but it is something that is easily overcome with various adapters.
We have stayed here many times en-route to Portugal as it is almost exactly half way for us. The hotel is located 5 minutes off the motorway and is a nice stroll to the city centre on a nice sunny day or 5/6 euros in a taxi if the weather is not so good. Parking is free around the hotel and there is underground parking if you want secure parking. The staff are really good and friendly, the food is good if you decide to eat in.

The floor was a little slippery and the shower cubicle a little tight. There was someone smoking on the floor below us which we could smell as we had our windows opened even though it was supposed to be a smoke free hotel.
Location was great. Parking was free on the street. Big bathroom with 2 showers. Quiet. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and a short walk into town. Good parking and breakfast too, making it a great stopover without having to navigate into the city centre. Good exercise walking over the spectacular bridge, with the old town all in front of you.
