Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceNot much to complain about. The air conditioning unit blows hot air onto the balcony, but it’s hardly noticeable if you sit on the opposite side where the view is. The elevators can be a little slow to reach the 17th floor, but as long as they work, I’m fine not having to climb 17 flights of stairs.
The apartment is on the 17th floor, with the rooftop pool just two floors above, making it super easy to access. The place was very clean and comfortable, with a cozy southwest-facing balcony perfect for enjoying stunning summer sunsets over the hills behind Tibidabo. The real highlight, though, is the view from the two north-facing bedrooms — you wake up with La Sagrada Familia right outside your window. Incredible! And if you love views, the rooftop is unbeatable: 360° panoramas of all of Barcelona while you take a swim. The pool isn’t Olympic-sized, but it’s 6ft deep and spacious enough for several swimmers — truly amazing to have in this setting. The location is also excellent, with metro and taxi options right outside the building. You can even walk to La Sagrada Familia or Plaça Catalunya in about 20 minutes if you prefer. The apartment is well-equipped for cooking, but food delivery apps like Glovo work perfectly too. Staff were kind and helpful, from the person delivering the keys to the doorman and even the parking garage security guard. Overall, a wonderful stay — this place is going straight to my favorites!

LuxembourgThe pool was full of algae without prior notification of the problem and we received no response when we informed the agency of the issue. We didn’t come to Barcelona for the pool, still, as it was advertised the kids were disappointed seeing it was impraticable,
The apartment is spacious and has two bathrooms and a breathtaking view. Central and very convenient location. Very nice restaurants in the area.

NetherlandsIt could’ve been cleaner - we had to wash the kitchen counters with degreaser and we had to rewash all the dishes in the cupboards because it was dirty. The pots and pans are not useful and can’t be used for Cooking - very thin and cheap as was the cutlery and knives. The bed needs to be changed - we had a very tough time sleeping. The bed is old. Bathrooms could use a deep clean and a bit of general maintenance- dirty grout, mold of the silicone etc.
We had a stunning stay. The view from the bedroom windows of the church is unparalleled!

United StatesPaying 100 Euro cleaning fee and been asked to haul garbage myself to the street from 17th floor was not pleasant. Person meeting with the key was late(called him ahead of time and he was to tell me 30min before arrival if garage access was available to unload the car prior to returning it-never called) and i had to block traffic w/rental car waiting and then haul luggage in the rain only to find out that there was a key for the garage in the apartment.
Excellent property-location within 20 min walk from the Old Town, Casa Mila and Sagrada. Great view from 17th floor. Updated and clean. Secure building.

United StatesThe pink shower floor was moldy. There was a rotting smell in the kitchen and a perfumy smell to cover it up. We had to air the apartment out. We would have preferred a lock box. The person who met us was long winded. We would have preferred a book with rules and recommendations as she talked too long and we were hungry.
The location was very convenient and very walkable. However, the address was challenging to find and even our Uber driver dropped us off 2 blocks away. The view was amazing!
