Loud entertainment from two hotels away, I dont know how anyone can watch concerts closer as they sounded really clearly in our room. Spartan rooms - I dont think I have ever seen so empty room. No chair, table, anything. Just beds and small writing desk. Nowhere to put your bags except bare floor. No cups or anything. Salt water from shower and tap.

Location next to beach and short walk from few restaurants. Two big pools and splash park. Kid enjoyed some hours daily. Lots of entertainment, which ended mostly in ten o’clock. Food was ok for breakfast and dinner, some variation daily.

The room was located above the smoking area, meaning that you could smell smoke when you opened the window. There were no cutlery, plates or glasses in the room. Salty water from the shower.

Good location. There are lots of parking spaces next to the hotel. The rooms are big. Great Wi-Fi. There are lots of sunbeds. The food was average, but it was possible to enjoy a nice breakfast or dinner. There is a great water park for kids.

There are some rooms kind of in the entrance of the hotel. So there is the reception hall and in the middle there are stairs going up to the rooms. Lots of noise coming up from the entrance and echoing loudly into the rooms. I haven't had 1 good night in a week. Which is unfortune because besides that I really liked the hotel. But I think the placement of the other rooms is better.

Halfboard meal. Food is brilliant. We were spoiled. Our cleaner Aurelia is very thorough in cleaning our room for a week. She is amazing. Towels and blankets were provided as we requested. Water park is amazing. My daughter loves it.

The single beds pushed together kept coming apart from each other which made it slightly uncomfortable

Good value for money, good location, pretty pool and attentive staff. Overall good experience and would recommend. The little coves nearby are beautiful and there is lots of free parking which was great for us with our hire car.

The waiters were a bit pushy. They kept coming to our table trying to sell us drinks so we would spend more money! Also, the beds weren't king size- they were two single beds pushed together.

I didn’t like the fact that you have to pay (daily) if you want to use the safe (in your room) since we paid for the room it should be included. And the cleaning of our room was a bit poor.

I liked the room view, the swimming pool and all the location is very good.

Not enough pillows on the bed :) Also there was something in the splash park either in the water or around the sides that cut my daughter’s feet open. Just to be aware of.

Clean and spacious. Enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were nicely decorated. The terraces were lovely with a good view of the pool area. Bathrooms plenty of space and decent shower. The pool was nice albeit freezing, great for children. Eating areas clean and plenty of choice for food

We where put on the top floor I'm 74 next birthday and recently had a hip operation and arthritis in both knees also my 8 year old grand daughter we had to watch her up and down the stairs all the time I wonder why it seemed a lot of young people in lower floor rooms sorry to be negative but it needs said.

Good staff very happy to help brilliant with the children a special mention for the night receptionist who tried to contact our transfer provider who failed to show no luck he arranged a taxi for us and we just made our flight if he had not helped we would have been stuck,the restaurant you could find a table when you visited at any time morning or evening meals.

Only german language , they think is international or what ...also the shows were in german or animations, they dont even think someone would be not from Germany... Cold at night- cover not enough warm

Although perfect for a family holiday, it didn’t meet all our needs as a business trip hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, with very spacious, luminous rooms, and with plenty of green. Food is abundant and good quality. Every staff member was super kind and helpful, especially the manager —Joan!!

Sadly the entertainment staff (the only ones you really surrounded by) did their productions in English and German. On a Spanish island, we had wanted to hear Spanish, and for that reason it did not have a very authentic Mallorcan feel. This is not necessarily a bad thing, unless like us you wanted to feel you are on holiday, and not listening to English and German.

The splash park (just across a little road) was FANTASTIC our son age 3 loved it. I would say any child up to at least 10 would enjoy it. Small bar also available there and drinking water. The pools at the hotel were really lovely, nice gardens surround the pools which gives a tropical holiday feeling. The food was good, lots of variety and hot.

We liked everything. To put a "but" maybe it lacks a little more animation at night apart from the performances that were not every day. Maybe on the day when there is no performance some game like "Bingo" or something like that.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It has a very pretty cove less than 10 minutes walk away. The pools are large and clean (thanks to the maintenance staff) and there are enough sun loungers for everyone. The room is spacious (we are two adults and a 12-year-old girl). They come every day to clean the room. The meals are varied and good! ,then it depends on each one's tastes when eating. The staff in the dining room and the bar were "10" very friendly and attentive. It's like everything else, if you treat someone with education it will be reciprocal. And the reception staff were very good, we arrived late after dinner and they still opened the dining room so we could eat a sandwich and drink. Thank you so much! Those details are appreciated. In general it was a very pleasant stay. The animation was in Spanish, English and German because there were many Germans. Many thanks to all the staff for making this stay so pleasant :)

The dinner could have been a bit more varied but still a good selection. The evening entertainment for kids was too heavily influenced for Germans. A lot of the songs were in German and the staff spoke in German. My English child did not understand a lot of it.

Lovely clean rooms, great swimming pools and good selection of food with a great breakfast. Staff were so friendly and helpful. One of the maids who was cleaning our room accidentally smashed a bottle of my aftershave, she immediately told reception, when I went to speak to reception they explained the accident and immediately went to the local beauty shop to see if they could replace it, which they did. I thought that was extremely professional of them and really appreciated it.

Being able to make tea in the room would have been nice - you had to wait for the restaurant to open to get a cup of tea or coffee in the morning.

The staff throughout the hotel were great - always friendly and helpful. The pool areas were clean and spacious - plenty of sunbeds! The food was good - lots of variety. Bedrooms were clean, if a bit basic, but refitted bathroom was nice.

Great hotel, recent renovation has really made it so much better. Never had to fight for a sun lounger and I’ve never had a sun lounger so comfortable! Food was quite basic but always nice and a lot of choice.
