Our apartment had some maintenance issues which Matteo to his credit was quick and happy to fix. The apartment could be better equipped - we had to ask for a kettle and clothes airer, and could have done with some more utensils. Bathroom and balconies are very 'tired' and in need of a refresh. The bar opposite is open until 3am every night.

Excellent location - a short easy walk to Cala Llonga beach (which is beautiful, clean, very spacious, perfect for families); lots of other sights within a 20' drive including Cala Llenya and Ibiza Town. Apartment complex is small (approx 14 rooms) yet has a large pool and sundeck with views to the wooded hills all around. The host (Matteo) was very helpful.

Some distance from bigger resorts, making it expensive of travelling at night.

It's ideal for a quieter stay in Ibiza, well managed. The hosts are very helpful. The area has lot's of restaurants and bars. the local beaches are amazing with clear blue water.

Noise. The walls are so thin. If you like your sleep, sadly you may struggle. We had a loud family beside our apartment and it was relentless. Not the best beds either. There’s a couple of bars right in front of the hotel, so you will hear that also.

The property is close to Ibiza town. 20 mins taxi or there’s a bus from the main road. Big pool and easy walk to the beach. Staff are helpful and friendly. Sun loungers by the pool. Apartment is generally good.

Parking outside the hotel only allowed for 4 cars maximum. I often returned in the evening and had to park further away and was not so happy that my car was secure, being out of sight of the hotel. Also having to carry items from the car at night was not so good, being on my own.

LOCATION NEAR BEACH AND EASY DRIVE TO santa eulalia. Quiet, but still life in the town. Supermarket right opposite. Pool was a nice size. Nice walk to Cliff top restaurant very romantic. Good value.

You can't always control who your neighbors are, and unfortunately, some guests were quite noisy despite the quiet hours between 10 pm and 10 am. However, the staff was very responsive and kindly addressed the issue, speaking to the guests above us who didn’t respect the quiet time. Their support made a big difference in ensuring a more peaceful stay.

Staff are great, and the location is perfect for both hiking enthusiasts and beach lovers. While the appliances aren't the latest models, they are fully functional and met all our needs. I really liked the bed, which is more on the medium firm/firm side. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet stay.

The apartments are noisy. We had nog expected a 'party crowd' in Cala Llonga, but for us as a young family we could hear every footstep above us very loudly (let alone music, slamming doors, etc.). This went until deep in the night from several apartments. When speaking to the staff about it they did address the other guests and at least loud music stopped.

No cleaning of the apartment during the stay. So you need to be tidy. Our bathroom was a bit ropey by the end of our 6 night stay.

Shower was high water pressure, and hot. Fantastic pool. Short walk to Cala Llonga - one of the nicest beaches in Ibiza. Comfortable mattresses. Powerful ceiling fans in all rooms. Supermarket and pharmacy across the street.

Kitchen and bathroom a bit tired - but clean. Aircon in bedrooms would be wonderful.

At first we were a little disappointed. We know the area well and the apartment is a little “tired.” But upon waking up there on our first morning we reconsidered. Beds are comfy and room are straight onto balcony so we slept with the doors open which was bliss. It felt really peaceful and “lazy” and we were very happy there. Staff extremely helpful. Only a 3 min walk to the beach and abundance of restaurants and bars and supermarkets on the doorstep.

The beds aren’t great if you suffer with back ache. No air conditioning, this was an over site by us at the time of booking. There were ceiling fans in all of the rooms and we were given extra fans for the bedrooms but it was still difficult to have a good nights sleep because of the heat.

Matteo and the team were very attentive, friendly and no request was too much of an ask. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The pool was perfect too.

Shower was very small, no air con, although I did know this, it was very warm even wih fans jn every room. Pool did not open till 10.30 or 11am, i would have liked to swim earlier. Apartment not as modern as shown in photos

Apartments were in good position supermarket and restaurants within 1 minute walk, but not noisy. pool was big and kept clean, we had apartment 5 which provided a large terrace area. Maximum 10 minute walk to beach (i walk slowly)

The front office gave us all instructions and it was very easy to reach. The apartment are large, comfy rooms. The apartment is well equipped. It is well managed as it was quite during the night.

Be aware that you will have to follow up rules strictly, means pool only between 11 am- 10 pm, no outside people even for 10 min if they came to pick you up. Quite used facilities inside the room. Majority of neighbors in mid July were young groups - had to ask few times to lower the noise.

Neighbours could be heard which impacted sleep. Wi-Fi was terrible unless on the balcony impacting the tv reception also.
