Clean, spacious 2 bed apartment with a terrace to the pool. Comfortable for a family of 3. The team on site were very attentive and did all they could to help and answer questions.

The ceiling fans are effective in keeping rooms cool but could benefit from air conditioning.

Excellent location - a short easy walk to Cala Llonga beach (which is beautiful, clean, very spacious, perfect for families); lots of other sights within a 20' drive including Cala Llenya and Ibiza Town. Apartment complex is small (approx 14 rooms) yet has a large pool and sundeck with views to the wooded hills all around. The host (Matteo) was very helpful.

Our apartment had some maintenance issues which Matteo to his credit was quick and happy to fix. The apartment could be better equipped - we had to ask for a kettle and clothes airer, and could have done with some more utensils. Bathroom and balconies are very 'tired' and in need of a refresh. The bar opposite is open until 3am every night.

It's ideal for a quieter stay in Ibiza, well managed. The hosts are very helpful. The area has lot's of restaurants and bars. the local beaches are amazing with clear blue water.

Some distance from bigger resorts, making it expensive of travelling at night.

I liked the location and the pool

Good location and relaxed feeling. I really like the attached bar also.

Pool opens at 11am, which can be a bit late if you want to start the day with a swim.

The property is close to Ibiza town. 20 mins taxi or there’s a bus from the main road. Big pool and easy walk to the beach. Staff are helpful and friendly. Sun loungers by the pool. Apartment is generally good.

Noise. The walls are so thin. If you like your sleep, sadly you may struggle. We had a loud family beside our apartment and it was relentless. Not the best beds either. There’s a couple of bars right in front of the hotel, so you will hear that also.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was perfect, easy transport to other areas. Shops, beach, restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Beautiful views and lovely walks.

Great location, clean spacious and friendly staff, great base for families

LOCATION NEAR BEACH AND EASY DRIVE TO santa eulalia. Quiet, but still life in the town. Supermarket right opposite. Pool was a nice size. Nice walk to Cliff top restaurant very romantic. Good value.

Parking outside the hotel only allowed for 4 cars maximum. I often returned in the evening and had to park further away and was not so happy that my car was secure, being out of sight of the hotel. Also having to carry items from the car at night was not so good, being on my own.

The whole set up was perfect for us. The staff were lovely. Apartment was great. Nice big swimming pool, easy reach of beach.

Wonderful, smiley, friendly staff and brilliant pool facilities made this affordable apartment an amazing find that I would definitely recommend. The room was clean and just what we needed for a couple of nights. The location is perfect with a supermarket and restaurants right near and the beach a 4 minute walk. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

You can hear everything going on around the apartments such as doors shutting and conversations so something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.

Staff are great, and the location is perfect for both hiking enthusiasts and beach lovers. While the appliances aren't the latest models, they are fully functional and met all our needs. I really liked the bed, which is more on the medium firm/firm side. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet stay.

You can't always control who your neighbors are, and unfortunately, some guests were quite noisy despite the quiet hours between 10 pm and 10 am. However, the staff was very responsive and kindly addressed the issue, speaking to the guests above us who didn’t respect the quiet time. Their support made a big difference in ensuring a more peaceful stay.

Nice location, close to beach and shops/restaurants. Basic apartment, but spacious with 2 bedrooms. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating with any request we had.

The apartments are noisy. We had nog expected a 'party crowd' in Cala Llonga, but for us as a young family we could hear every footstep above us very loudly (let alone music, slamming doors, etc.). This went until deep in the night from several apartments. When speaking to the staff about it they did address the other guests and at least loud music stopped.

It was good and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

It could do with a bit of an update and good clean.
