Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsI will not give it a 10 because if you have a light sleep, you are not going to be able to sleep in the main room (Valencia). They should immediately invest in double glazed windows because it's VERY noise outside and there's a school, right in front. So be prepared.
Very good showers, laundry machine, and dryer available. Complete kitchen with everything you need. Big living room and not so far from the beach.

NetherlandsThe neighbours of the above appartments made a lot of noise, with a crying child all the time.
The facilities and room were good.

LithuaniaThe room floor were not cleaned. Ofcourse sharing a flat with strangers has its own challenges - like cleaning after yourself in the bathroom. But apart from that - all was good.
Great location, just 7 min to the beach, lots of places to go for a walk, close to public transport hubs. Well equiped kitchen, ok internet. The house is well-kept

GermanyI would have wished for a bit more proactive communication with the host. When I arrived, the key to the building (which I picked up at a store) didn't work and I couldn't get in. This problem was known to the host but she didn't inform me and I couldn't reach her at first, so I returned to the store with all my luggage bc I thought they gave me the wrong key. This problem persisted for the first week of my stay and didn't get into the building a few times at night. It made me feel unsafe bc it's not an area where you want to be stuck on the street at night longer than necessary. I would have wished for more support with that. The problem was resolved eventually. There were other unsettling issues like strangers in the apartment who seemed quite upset bc their reservation was cancelled, and the police showing up once to look for someone whose backpack got stolen. For the rooms with a view to the backyard (I attached a photo of the "view") don't expect any natural light or airflow. This is the main reason, why I wouldn't recommend the place for long-term stays. The chairs in the community area are cheap plastic chairs that don't make you wanna spend longer work sessions on them. Almost all doors in the apartment are squeaky or sluggish which woke me up at night many times. In the bathrooms, there are no hooks or shelves – the only option to have your towel and clothes in reach after a shower, is the toilet seat. The cleaners come once a week (and do a great job!) which is okay if you're lucky enough to share the apartment with considerate people. The guests are responsible for taking out the trash but you have to be really willing to read all the instructions to know about that. This puts unfair expectations on long-term guests who seem to be slightly responsible for teaching new arrivals or taking care of it themselves. It would be helpful if someone would check you in and explain everything.
The location was convenient for walking to Las Canteras Beach (about 15 minutes) and catching the local buses at Terminal Manuel Becerra (3 minutes walk). I found the bed to be quite comfy.

There are 2 shared bathrooms for 4 rooms which is fine and not a problem at all. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There is common area with working table as well there is working table in the room, wifi is good and stable so you can work.

United KingdomFive stars to the team running the property.
Great option for solo travellers on a budget when exploring Las Palmas and the north of the island. I didn’t get time to meet the other guests staying at the CoLiving space- because our diaries did not permit. However; this CoLiving spaces provides a great opportunity to meet fellow travellers. The room at El Juanito was spacious and with a window opening to a centre area allows for ample airflow. The very spacious living room (with television), dining space and kitchen allowed for pretty much anything one would do back at home. With 2 very nice bathrooms and only 4 rooms- it meant we were only 2 people sharing a bathroom. The cherry on the cake was the free-to-use washing machine and tumbler dryer (with free detergent and fabric softener) - which came in very handy since at that point I had been travelling 4 weeks and were running out of clean clothes!
