Dear Vera, We really appreciate your time you have taken to share your impressions about your stay at Condesa. We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed our service and location. In order to meet preferences of our guest regarding the view, disighn, etc. we offer 9 different room categories. You just have to ask the reception for the availability any of this. You got the room according to your reservation, the standard one. It costed (in abril) only 10€ x 1 night to upgrade to the room with side(partly) see view, and 15€ x 1 night to upgrade to the room with the front see view. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have arisen during the first day of opening our hotel, some setbacks occured during this period of adjustment and adaptation. Actually, there is no obligation to pay the deposit. However, it is advisable, as you mentioned, since drinks at the sky bar are not included, so you can charge them to the room. We do not provide any kettle in the room, you can request them at the reception with 10€ deposit (could be also charged to the room). Every room is provided with a QR code to bring all information about the hotel to the guest in the fastest, easyest, and more sostenible way. To connect to the Wi-Fi you need only ANY email adress.
