For a 4* hotel i think coffee making facilities in the room should be provided. Also some provision of shade in the balcony and terrace would have been welcome. Thd rooms are west facing mainly and it was only possible to use these at night because of the intense sun

We paid extra for a sea view. However our given.room was is reality only a partial side view. You had to move your head either side of the palm trees to get a view. Also when you sat down at your terrace table, with a glass of wine, all you could see was the solid wall in front of you. The extra money paid was a pointless exercise, and felt short changed. So be careful when booking, especially those staying longer than we did. (2 nights)

The hot food was cold and there were not enough sun beds , and that the animation started at the end of my holiday ,

The cleanliness, the hospitality , the friendliness of the animation personnel and specially ( Servan and Sol).

The noisy restaurant for dinner, dinner buffet not tasty, swimming pool closing 7pm, area around the pool, that you have to pay €30 for the use of the Bali sofa beds with sea view so they stay empty all day.

The friendly staff, the location, breakfast, good beds, good shower, sea view from room, the park next to hotel.

In my opinion, parking is a bit expensive but this is something I was aware of before I booked

Loved the room, definitely worth the bit extra for the hot tub terrace. Beautiful view of the beach, bath was welcome in the chilly evening! Lovely spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food from pool bar was delicious and big portions

Nice Resort, well taken care of of. We had e-bikes with us and were given a bottom floor room that was very handy. Good breakfast. Great location

Disappointing that we could not have a kettle in the room when we asked Found the breakfast buffet inconsistent felt some days pastries etc were not as fresh

Rooms had been renovated but still had an old fashioned feeling and were quite small. Pool only open from 11am.

Great location, quick walk down to the beach and into town. Good restaurants right nearby. Nice pool.

The entertainment wasn't great. Only on for a short while and very 'Spanish' (yes , I know I was in Spain but it was an 'international audience' - English music does seem to transcend different cultures and languages better than Spanish does imho ;-) Evening drinks and entertainment are held in the Pool Bar which is fine on a nice evening but a bit chilly when its windy and raining in October. Smoking seemed to be allowed in the pool bar as well.

Well located (although a bit of a walk to the beach I think) Room good , (included) breakfast good , pool and surrounding area good. Evening (buffet style) meal good and fair value. Secure parking(underground) at a charge. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great location just a couple of minutes to the beach and a few minutes further into Conil. We were able to easily park for free on the street outside the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and we were delighted to find out we had been upgraded to a room with a roof terrace upon check in. The beach at Conil is fantastic, with many great beach serving exceptional food. The hotel wasn’t too busy while we were there, but which gave it a lovely, relaxed feel.

Room was a bit small for 3 people, no hooks nor shelves in the bathroom and a bit noisy as were just by the pool

Excellent location, clean, very friendly and extremely helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of everything we could want.
